Laut - 3 bedrooms and terrace in Almagro

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Laut is a showstopper with its artful concepts and elegant spaces. Drawing from Southeast Asian design inspiration, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom marvel transports guests to the beachy shores of Indonesia. Laut boasts 178 square meters of beauty both inside and out; residing in the heart of the Almagro neighborhood. Revel in the sights of royal mansions or historical monuments as Almagro flaunts its charm.

Past the entryway, Laut branches off into two. To the right of the entryway is a luxurious kitchen. Booming in design and size, this kitchen comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and all the necessary utensils. Envisage delectable meals and a spacious table for four to enjoy it. Tucked away in the corner of the kitchen area is a private laundry room with ample built-in storage.

Back towards the entryway and to the left of the kitchen lies the first, detached bathroom. Original wooden details are preserved while tied together with new, Indonesian design elements.

Head down the left corridor to discover Laut’s grandiose living and dining area. Golden tones saturate the room with the bohemian accent pieces and natural light. Both living and dining rooms are fit for entertaining with generous seating in the salon and an impressive six-person dining set built for celebration. Just through the dining room’s sliding glass doors is Laut’s sun-baked terrace. Sheathed in bamboo pickets and tropical design, this Madrilenian balcony feels like an island getaway.

Step back into the hallway and continue to find the second detached bathroom to the right. The original tiling is perfectly blended to match the beachy design pieces and walk-in shower.

Built-in storage lines the left side of the hallway, which eventually opens up to three dazzling bedrooms. The first bedroom to the right offers a unique, braided fibre headboard complementing the queen-sized bed. Natural light pours in from the left side of the room while built-in storage lines the right wall.

Praised for its functionality, the second bedroom to the right is a blissful space for relaxation and hustle. With a dedicated workstation to the right of the room and a dreamy queen-sized bed covered in organic textiles, the space serves a multitude of uses.

Across the hall lies the final bedroom; a true dedication to Indonesian landscapes. Laut’s final bedroom maximizes the concept of space with ample built-in storage along the left wall and a second workstation in the corner. Functionality and flare are the themes of this room with unique design elements such as the rattan-textured accent wall and one-of-a-kind light fixtures. The space is concluded with an ensuite bathroom, offering modern amenities and a walk-in shower.

All bedding and linens are provided.

We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
