Dear Larry and family, First of all, thank you for choosing us to enjoy a few days with friends. We would like to analyze your comment better to prevent other future guests from being left with an opinion that does not correspond to reality. Our house is built of high quality materials with a surface area of 250 meters and the exterior has an area of 4000 meters. It is fantastic for people with reduced mobility, children and families with pets. Regarding the photos, they are obsolete. A few months ago we painted everything both inside and outside and we are constantly making improvements. Our cleaning team is made up of 7 people where the entire house is disinfected at each entrance and exit and everything necessary is left (sheets, bedspreads, pillows, various types of towels, etc.) so that the guest does not have to worry about anything. I would like to point out that the kitchen is very spacious and the cutlery and utensils are new. The toaster points out that my 4-year-old son turns it on by pressing a button, which only has a temperature regulator and an on button and an off button, of course pointing out that it is less than a year old. I think it is not fair to think that the house does not adapt to older people since groups of people of all ages visit us annually and we are very grateful. Another service that would stand out is the arrival process, accompanying the guest to the home. We also have air conditioning, heating, 55” Samsung TV, solar panels for hot water, two types of coffee makers (Italian, dolce gusto capsules and kettle), free Wi-Fi, swimming pool, swings, ping pong outside, etc. In my humble opinion they have not valued all the positive things, good luck in other properties and be happy.
