This luxurious villa spans over three floors, encompassing 230 m² of interior space and three terraces spanning over 200 m². It boasts five contemporary and elegantly designed double bedrooms, each with its en suite bathroom, a balcony or terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea or greenery, accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably.



The ground floor comprises three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to the outdoor terrace. The first floor features a capacious and modernly furnished living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table, and access through glass doors to the pool terrace. Here, you can take a dip in the swimming pool or unwind on sunbeds by the pool. The infinity pool provides an incredible view of the sea, creating the perfect backdrop for a luxurious vacation.



The first floor also boasts two more expansive double bedrooms, both with access to a balcony with an amazing view of the sea and surrounding nature. The villa is designed with large windows and glass walls, providing ample natural light and stunning views from every room. Outside, the villa features a covered terrace with an outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying a scrumptious meal with friends or family while taking in the sea view. Further down, you'll find an outdoor lounge area with comfortable seating, where you can relax and savor the Mediterranean sunsets.

Villa Andromeda boasts an extensive living area of 230m², complemented by 200 m² of Mediterranean terraces, all situated on a lot size of 1000m². This luxurious villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests across its 5 bedrooms, with 6 bathrooms and 1 toilet.



The villa's facilities and amenities include a 32m² heated swimming pool, perfect for taking a dip and enjoying the sea view. The villa is fully air-conditioned and features a Sonos sound system, WiFi internet connection, and LCD SAT TV, ensuring a comfortable and entertaining stay. The outdoor kitchenette and BBQ make it easy to prepare and enjoy delicious meals while taking in the sea view.



The villa's layout includes a ground floor with three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The first floor comprises a living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, guest toilette, and a terrace. The second floor boasts two more double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both with access to the terraces with a sea view.



The outdoor areas include lounge areas, a dining area, an outdoor shower, a summer kitchenette, and a BBQ, perfect for outdoor relaxation and entertainment. Guests can also enjoy daily light housekeeping, change of towels twice a week, change of bed linen once a week, internet access, and a parking lot.



The villa's price includes tourist tax, final cleaning, pool maintenance, garden maintenance, and all the amenities mentioned above, ensuring a worry-free and luxurious stay at Villa Andromeda.



To secure your stay at Villa Andromeda, a refundable safety deposit of 1500,00 Eur is required, paid in cash to the owner. The minimum stay at the villa is 7 nights during July and August, but bookings for fewer nights are possible during other periods, with a minimum stay of 5 nights.



Guests can arrive on any day of the week, with check-in available from 17:00 and check-out scheduled for 10:00 am. Pets are allowed on request, and additional fees may apply.



The villa also offers a range of additional services upon request, including a private chef, luxury car rental, boat or motor yacht rental, private transfers, luxury tailor-made tours, concierge services, babysitting, and a baby cot available on request. Guests can enjoy these services to enhance their stay and make it more comfortable and enjoyable.
