Villa Playa Real 13

Within the prestigious Playa Real community in Playa Blanca this villa sits as one of the most exclusive villas on the complex in what is already a high end location in Playa Blanca making it the perfect Holiday Home Rental.

The villa has benefits from Satellite TV with all UK channels and over 800 other channels including many films (current and old).

There is a modern dining kitchen with all key features and a separate seating area.

The swimming pool is great for lengths 15M and is electrically heated.

Villa Playa Real 13 has an outside dining area which seats 6 and there is additional seating on the roof terrace.  There are 6 sun loungers for your use.

The sea views can mostly be enjoyed from the roof terrace which is accessed via a large spiral staircase.  With panoramic views and are of Fuertevenura & the Island of Lobos.  Montana Roja can also be seen.

Playa Real villas have a community private gate that gives access to the promenade which takes you to Playa Blanca town.

There is also a BBQ for your use.

Excellent property

Lovely property, had everything you could need. Location was good and not too far out. 5-10 min walk to bars and restaurants.We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate in going back.

A lovely property and well kept. The large pool made the holiday for us. Alana was great at responding and as we arrived very late, had left us some essentials, which was most appreciated. Location is perfect with a beautiful 10 minute walk along the front to the nearest restaurants and a further 15 minute walk to the port which had a brilliant atmosphere and excellent restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Good accommodation, lovely pool, good location, clean and well equipped villa.

It suited us very well as five adults and a child. Everything we needed was provided and the manager responded to any communication immediately and helpfully. We particularly enjoyed the pool and terrace area. Lovely large kitchen and dining room. Very quiet and private area, felt safe and secure. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent villa

We love our stay here in January 2024 and the villa was amazing. Yes, it's a little way out but we don't mind walking and it's all down the promenade. The villa has everything you need.

Fabulous villa

The best part of the villa has to be the 15m pool which was enjoyed by the whole family. The villa was perfect and we couldn’t fault it. Perfect location with a gate onto the prom. Restaurants within walking distance and short drive into town or the marina. Beautifully furnished and a lovely outdoor area to relax in. We would definitely return.

Lovely pool, great layout and peaceful location

We enjoyed an excellent 5 nights in Villa Real 13. The pool is huge and heated nicely (keeping the cover on when we weren't using it definitely helped us). The villa is clean, perhaps in need of a little modernisation in a couple of places, but well equipped and very comfortable. Location is good as long as you don't mind being a short (10 min) walk from bars and restaurants - that was fine for us, and it made it very peaceful. Flamingo beach (nice sandy beach) is 10 mins walk along the sea path, and you have direct access to that from the Villa Real estate. Really enjoyed our stay - thank you!

Perfect holiday

A fantastic villa. Very clean and an exceptionally well equiped kitchen. Three very good size bedrooms. Communication with Alana and Terry was excellent. Terry looked after us and was quick to answer any query. We really appreciated the water etc that had been put in the fridge for our arrival. The pool was brilliant - a great size and perfect temperature. We loved the roof terrace - we had some fabulous dinners watching the sunset. A great location. We explored Playa Flamingo (snorkelling is a must here), Playa Blanco, and we took trips to Fuerteventura and Timanfaya. The villa is also located perfectly for a walk up Mount Roja where we walked around and into the volcanoc crater. A perfect villa! We will be back.

Lovely property - very well-maintained. Had a couple of problems but these were swiftly dealt with by Terry, the on-site property manager. We loved the pool! The kitchen is very well appointed & has everything you would need for self-catering - although the site is also close to a number of bars & restaurants (approx 10-15 mins walk in each direction). The villa is also close to the bus stop for the local playa blanca bus service which is very cheap & runs all day. It was difficult to fault the property - and we enjoyed having access to UK Sky channels & films as well. The only minor niggle was that there was no cushions for the loungers that we could find. Overall a fantastic place to stay - there were only 2 of us, but it is spacious enough for 6 comfortably.
