LAYOUT HOUSE
The house is on the ground floor and consists of a hall, living room with electric fireplace, sitting area, flat screen television and a 6-person dining table.

Next is the kitchen with built-in oven, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee and Nespresso machine (see characteristics for all appliances). The utility room has a washing machine and plenty of storage space.

BEDROOMS (3)
From the living room you enter a bedroom with 2 single beds. Through the hall you enter the other 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has its own sink.

BATHROOM (1)
The compact bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

OUTSIDE
There is a sheltered terrace with garden furniture. There is private parking at the house. Bicycles can be sheltered in the shed behind the house.

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
