This traditional holiday home near Als Odde offers a peaceful retreat just a few minutes’ walk from the water. Designed for relaxation and comfort, the house features a spacious and bright living area that seamlessly connects to the dining space and kitchen. From here, you can step out onto a large terrace, partially covered, ideal for enjoying sunny mornings or relaxing evenings. The property accommodates families and groups with three bedrooms featuring double beds and a fourth room with four single beds arranged as two bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, one of which includes a whirlpool and a sauna, creating the perfect spot for unwinding after a day exploring the surroundings or enjoying water activities. Set on a generous plot at the end of a quiet, unpaved road, the house is surrounded by a cozy garden with multiple little nooks and a charming garden pavilion, perfect for peaceful reading, relaxing, or socializing outdoors. The natural setting provides a calm atmosphere while keeping you close to the water for swimming, fishing, or simply enjoying the coastal scenery. With its combination of wellness amenities, comfortable living spaces, and serene location, this home is ideal for families or groups seeking a tranquil getaway. Rental to youth or workman groups is not permitted, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay for all guests.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr groß. Die Lage 500 m vom Kattegatt ist super... wenn man aber einen Strandurlaub machen will, dann ist es nicht sehr geeignet, weil die Strandzugänge in der Nähe alle an gepflegten Wiesenzugängen liegen und der Zugang zum Wasser durch die Gezeiten etwas schlammig ist. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse. Die Einrichtung ist wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, auch ein Grill, der in der Beschreibung nicht aufgeführt war ist vorhanden. Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck ist ausreichend, auch für mehrere Personen vorhanden. Als kleiner Kritikpunktpunkt fällt auf, das es keine Beschreibung für die Technik des Hauses gibt und man vor allem erst einmal den Wasserzähler suchen muss. Eine Beschreibung gibt es nur für (wahrscheinlich) die Bedienung der Heizung/Klimaanlage, aber nur auf dänisch. Außerdem müssen wir die Reinigung der Duschen bemängeln, die vom Vorgänger oder Vermieter sehr schlecht geleistet wurde. Das ist aber Meckern auf hohen Niveau... Insgesamt ist das Haus, die Lage und die Gegend sehr zu empfehlen und wenn wir wieder Urlaub bei unseren nordischen Nachbarn mache und dieses Haus wäre verfügbar dann würden wir es sofort wieder buchen!
