Just a short walk up from the beach, town and station, Penryn is a modern spacious ground floor conversion within 1 of the large elegant Victorian villas that grace Talland Road. Benefiting from a large open-plan living area and comfortable bedroom with good sized en-suite, it oozes comfort, making this perfect all-season accommodation. Accessed via a wide path adjacent to the main building, 2 steps lead you up from Talland Road and through a spacious south facing courtyard where a bistro set awaits, the perfect place for morning coffee.
