Lit king-size de luxe et kitchenette, avec hall séparé menant à une salle de bains de luxe. Chauffage central + sèche-serviettes dans la salle de bain. Tout le confort moderne fourni TV / DVD / espace de travail pour ordinateur portable, WiFi, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, bouilloire, grille-pain / évier. Clearing up the door access - much of artefacts like chairs/pots are unnecessary and makes the manoeuvring difficult2. Lots of books takes up a lot a space in the room3. The ventilation in the room is a challenge, specially in the summer and without a fan the nights are uneasy. The windows cannot be left open due to insectct

The room was very nice- Alec picked us up and dropped us off at the Penzance train station. A welcome package of bread, snacks, tea, coffee, milk, cereal, water , and a few beers were complimentary. A 20 minute walk to the promenade and train station was convenient. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Beautiful space, tasefully decorated. Host has thought of everything you could possibly ever need during the stay. Lovely to have fresh bread, butter and selection of preserves, and milk. Very clean Anex and the hosts were very friendly and informative of things to see and do in the area. Also saw the Annual Masey Parade. Enjoyed our stay and will try to Cornwall again.

Best air b and b Penzance

This was our second visit .Very convenient to the top of the town and promenade for views of Mounts Bay. Immaculate and well worth the money. We are sure visit again as we enjoy walking and exploring this location.

Great little hideaway

Easy booking process and host was always prompt with responses. Great little hideaway, exactly as described and with everything required for a fab stay. Great location to attractions, the promenade, town and bus/ train station. Car stayed put all week. Plenty of walks and fun had. Lovely stay.
