Mercedes: Beautiful detached house with a large garden

This beautiful detached house with a large garden, is rented in L'Escala for 8 people. It is located a five-minute walk from Riells Beach, next to the restaurants and bars, supermarket and souvenirs, and a thirty-minute walk to the historic center of the town. Also walking you can reach the Natural Park of Montgrí and its charming forests.



The accommodation is distributed on two floors, inside the house there is a living room with sofas and TV. The kitchen is completely equipped. The house has five rooms, one with a double bed, two rooms with a 90cm bed each and two with two single beds each.

It has three bathrooms, one with a shower and the other two with a bathtub. All rooms and bathrooms are delivered with bed linen and towels.



In addition, the home provides a portable barbecue service, two tables to eat outside, a space to play soccer, a ping pong table, and a small net to play volleyball. There are large terraces.

The house has a private garage for 2 cars.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
