The place was beautiful, clean and in a great location. The stairs to the 4th floor are killer (I may still be out of breath) but the views from the apartment are worth it.

Thank you for your review! We hope you’ve caught your breath by now, and we’re so glad the views made every step worth it. As noted in our listing, the apartment is a walk-up, which is very common in Florence’s historic buildings, but it’s what gives you those rooftop views. We’re delighted you found the apartment beautiful and clean, and we’d love to welcome you back!

Overall the property was nice and what we expected. Location was great, incredible views and it was quiet. However, there were a few issues. One of the beds had dirty/stained sheets. We were expected to run the dishwasher but dishwashing soap was not provided. The upstairs shower leaked into another apartment. This issue caused us to have only one shower which was inconvenient for the four of us. We paid for a place with two showers and that’s not what we got so that was very disappointing.

Beautiful Apartment with Amazing Views

This was a stay at an amazing apartment that is clean, modern, and with views of the city that can not be topped. Do note, you do earn those amazing views by conquering the 4 stairs on the way up as there is no elevator. Worth it though.
