Quietly situated in Les Moettieux, this traditional mountain chalet is the perfect base for both adrenaline-fueled adventures like hiking and a nature getaway.

The property is arranged over four floors and enjoys its own private garden, a sun terrace and the most incredible mountain views. The charming interior is stylishly furnished with well-chosen antique furniture and finished with wood-panelled walls and ceilings.

The spacious open-plan living and dining room opens onto the terrace and is furnished with two large sofas, several armchairs and a large dining table. There is also a cosy TV room on the ground floor with a piano. The separate kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, an oven, a raclette, a microwave, a drip coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

Sleeping:

Bedroom 1: The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. This room also enjoys an ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 2: The spacious second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed.

Bedrooms 4, 5 and 6: The fourth, fifth and sixth bedrooms are all furnished with twin beds.

Location

Situated at the base of Mont Blanc, the highest mountain in Europe, Chamonix is renowned for its world-class skiing and snowboarding. The resort also offers a range of other winter sports and activities, including cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice climbing, sledging and ice skating.

This property’s quiet location has excellent access to the French eateries, restaurants, cafes, winter sport facilities and resort amenities. The Telecabine De Planpraz where guests can take the lift to Plan Praz at 2000m and then the cable car to Le Brévent at 2,525m is conveniently located a 9-minute walk away. For access to the summit close to Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi cable car station is a 7-minute drive away.

In the summer guests can enjoy hiking trails through the incredible mountain scenery, rock climbing, mountaineering, paragliding, white water rafting, a large outdoor pool and tennis. For even more excitement, visitors can head to the Accro Adventure Park (a 6-minute drive) where you can climb and zip-line through high trees. For those looking for something more relaxing, the QC Terme Spa (a 6-minute drive) might be a better option.
