This detached, restyled villa is located at the North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad, a mere 400 m from the North Sea beach and 13 km from the well-known, cosy Belgian seaside resort of Knokke. This two-floor luxurious villa is fully and comfortably furnished. On the ground floor, you will find, adjacent to the living room with its TV with streaming function and an open kitchen, a bedroom with a TV and an ensuite bathroom with shower. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. The first floor has two bedrooms, each containing two single-person box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-person setup. There is a bathroom with a bath and a third bathroom with a shower and an infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. There is a second separate toilet on the landing. Venture through the French doors to reach the garden with a covered terrace with garden furniture and two sun loungers. There's room to park one car at the villa.
