Located approximately 400 meters from Hasmark Strand, this bright and welcoming 112-square-meter holiday home sits on a spacious 1,620 m² natural plot, offering a comfortable coastal retreat for up to eight guests. Designed with an emphasis on light and open space, the interior features a large combined living and dining area furnished with comfortable seating, a stereo set with CD player, TV, and high chair. The fully equipped kitchen area includes an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The home offers three bedrooms inside (two with double beds and one with twin beds, plus a cot) along with a separate annex featuring two additional single beds. Two bathrooms with underfloor heating provide added comfort, one of which includes an indoor whirlpool. An energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump and electric heating keep the home comfortable year-round. Outdoors, the living area opens directly onto a terrace equipped with a garden grill for evening barbecues. The expansive plot includes playground items for children and a cozy fire pit in the garden for relaxing under the open sky.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
