Cozy and spacious apartments with three bedrooms and two bathrooms equipped with a wood-burning fireplace. Fully equipped kitchens INCLUDING DISHWASHER FOR TOTAL DISINFECTION. Large terraces with wooden pergolas, terrace furniture and charcoal barbecue on the terrace facing the sea and the pine forest.
Private and covered parking space included in the price, storage room. The apartments are oriented towards the sea and the pine forest, (20 meters away) where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets facing the sea and also about 200 meters away is the Mediterranean Sea, with kilometers of fine sand beaches.

The environment
Strategically located in Cala del Pino, the lung of La Manga. Quiet area to walk, and at the same time close to the most touristic commercial and leisure area of ​​La Manga, La Plaza Bohemia is a 7-minute walk away and the Zoco is just behind the building. There are also shopping galleries 2 minutes away, Galerías El Flamenco with activity all year round. Dejlig beliggenhed, Carlos er super venlig og gør alt for sine gæster. Lejeligheden er slidt og terrassen er tit kold, at være på uden for sæsonen pga.. blæst.Lejeligheden trænger til en opgradering i henhold til pris.

Det er dit job, og du gør altid dit bedste for alle kunder. For os er det en fordel, at terrassen er kølig, da hvis du vil være varm, er der lejligheden, der har varme og endda en pejs, som du kan bruge perfekt. Hvis vi havde vidst, at den gamle rustikke udsmykning af lejligheden ikke smager selv med haler, der simulerer træ, der ser ud til at være slidt, kunne vi have haft dig i lejligheden ved siden af, der er en anden mere moderne stil. Hemos estado 5 días mis amigas y yo, y solo tenemos buenos comentarios. La casa limpia, amplia y localizada en una cala super tranquila y preciosa. El trato con Juan Carlos ha sido estupendo y ha estado siempre disponible y ayudando para todo. Sin duda, repetiremos y recomendaremos!

Lovely apartment, great location with great view & very helpful owners.

We (four of us) had a very nice break in La Manga at this lovely apartment. A very pleasant acommodation with a superb view. The owners were very helpful indeed right from the start (even helping us with a flat tyre before we arrived). Recommended!! Nosotros (nosotros cuatro) tuvo un muy buen descanso en La Manga en este precioso apartamento. Un alojamiento muy agradable y con una vista magnífica. Los propietarios eran muy serviciales en efecto desde el principio (incluso ayudarnos con un neumático desinflado antes de llegar). ¡Recomendado!

Hemos disfrutado de una estancia agradable y feliz. Las vistas maravillosas, la zona tranquila y próxima a los lugares más relevantes de la Manga, la playa a un minuto y la casa perfecta con una amplia terraza. El trato de Juan Carlos muy bueno. No puede pedirse más.

Great Base for golf and the mar menor

Very friendly and helpful hosts juan & his wife made sure we had everything we needed. Private car parking was a plus and just 50 metres to the sea!

Estaba todo bien, si y la descripción coincidía perfectamente. El trato estupendo igual que el servicio prestado. En temporada baja precio bueno y la playa estaba muy bien para bañarse al ser Mar Menor. Lo que mas me gustó fue poder ir con los kayaks a las islas con los niños y es una experiencia que no olvidarán.

Excelente ubicación y relación precio/valor

Excelente y tranquilo lugar, ubicado en la mejor playa de La Manga (Cala del Pino), muy bien ubicado y cerca de todo. La propiedad la conseguimos en excelentes condiciones de limpieza y en perfecto estado, la atención del propietario (Juan Carlos) fue la mejor. Espero repetir para el verano y la recomiendo sin dudas.

Great Location

We spent a week here in early April. The apartment is in a great location and had everything we needed. The owner, Juan, was really helpful and replied promptly to all my questions(!) and helped us settle in on arrival, even though our Spanish leaves a lot to be desired. The beach across the road (really quite one) was perfect for us as we have 2 small children and with it being on the inland sea, the water was calm and shallow. We hired the kayaks and really enjoyed using them. We had a great , relaxing holiday.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Strandlage

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Bluck auf das Meer. Und gerade im Herbst ist das Schwimmbad prima. Wir können die Wohnung und den netten Vermieter empfehlen Bestimmt kommen wir nochmal wieder. Vielen Dank!

Excellente vacances

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire très gentil à et l'écoute de la moindre chose qui manque grand appartement avec une grande terrasse très appréciable avec vue sur la plage un bois de pin ou nous avons pu jouer à la pétanque très agréable petit retaurant en bas de l'appartement ou nous avons pu commander des plat préparés endroit très calme et tout commerces à 10 minute à pied restaurant glacier Nous avons passés un excellent séjour et noùs y reviendrons sans hésitation Santiago martin sanchez👍👍👍👍⛵⛵⛵🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire et tres disponible appartement parfait Grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer bois de pin ou ont à pu faire des parties de pétanque coin très calme restaurant en bas parfait pour aller chercher des plat préparés comerces à 10 minutes à pied vous avoir s passés un excellent séjour 😀👍👍👍👍👍🌞🌞🌞

Splendid vue over Bay and sunset

We just arrived home after a great 2,5 weeks in La Manga, the appartement is situated at an authentic romantic bay, with nice shelter by pinetrees and nice coffee corner at the beach. The appartement is very tasteful furnished in authentic style, the wifi is perfect, so we could download films en check our mail etc. The only tip I have is about the sheets, in the hot climate is cotton very comfortabel in stead of polyester. The other beach is also close by, 5 min walk, so you can choose where ever you go. This place is very suitable for family with small kids, because of quite water at the beach below the appartement. Have a nice stay if you go as well ! Family Groustra

We put cotton sheets that are of higher quality and more comfortable than polyester but we will consider it for summer although air conditioning is always available to cool the apartment. Apartamento muy cómodo y bien situado

i recently stayed at this apartment with my 3 year old grandson and I must say I could not have been met by a more hospitable family, my battery ran low on my phone due to using my sat nav , the owner came out of his way to guide me in to the apartments not lonely that but along the route he showed me a few points of interest, when we arrive there I was met by his wife as well who speaks very good English. I also liked the fact that I paid my outstanding balance on arrival as my bank charges me an exchange rate to send over prior to arriving. The location was amazing, overlooking the sea, just around the corner there is a couple of restaurants On the beach, along with canoes, peddle boats etc. If you want a bar etc you only have to walk 3 mins down the hill, although I never did this so can't give any feedback on that one. The apartment is very Spanish and well equipped and good value for money.. What would I change: The double bed as the springs make a noise everytime you move. Also making sure the beds are made on arrival, other than that nothing! Thankyou for a relaxing stay and your wonderful hospitality, hopefully I will return one day soon.

La casa esta muy bien, tiene una magnifica terraza y una vista al mar donde podiamos ver todos los dias una puesta del sol unica. La playa esta a 3 minutos andando, muy limpia donde hemos hecho unos paseos magnificos.Le podedos con toda honestidad recomendarle esta casa. Los propietarios estupendos y muy serviciales.
