On the borders of France and Italy, this contemporary apartment, perched on the hillside, protected by pine trees, sleeps 4 people and makes an exciting holiday destination all year round.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an attractive residence and has a bright living area with pine panelling and colourful furniture, including a sofa, a Smart TV, a wooden dining table and chairs and double glass doors leading out onto a balcony and a terrace beyond. The separate kitchen is equally colourful and is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-size double bed, dressing table and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed.

Location
The apartment is in the heart of the charming resort of Claviere and the surrounding landscape is absolutely stunning all year round.

Summer visitors can go hiking through the forests and alpine meadows. There are numerous tracks for mountain biking at all levels, as well as tennis, and golf at one of Italy’s oldest and highest golf clubs. The area also hosts many festivals from music, to food and wine.

In the winter the resort is a centre for skiing and snowboarding.

Turin airport is a 1 hour and 30 minutes drive from the apartment.
