A bright and beautiful apartment full of Modern amenities located in the heart of Hampstead, one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in London. The flat is less than 5 minutes from Hampstead Station, so you can reach anywhere in London to see all the fabulous sites such as Big Ben, Oxford St and Madame Tussauds in just 10 minutes. Camden Town is 10 minutes away with its world famous market full of stalls and food

Hampstead station is a 5 minute walk away
In order to combat unsolicited parties and be kind neighbours we have a noise monitoring device in the apartment (this is a camera free device from a company called Minut).
Should the noise breach a certain level after 8pm for a sustained period of time then we will be alerted and will call the Police to attend the apartment to put a stop whatever is taking place. Your reservation will then be terminated with no refunds and your security deposit retained.

We are proud to be good neighbours and absolutely will not tolerate anti social behaviour of any kind whatsoever.

lovely position. spacious flat. a couple of small matters to consider. No coffee machine c-save a pod one that didnt seem to work and didnt realise had to buy own capsules. curious feature that 2 tvs in bedrooms but none in main room. Loose loo seat and missing knob off wardrobe but not serious probs. Slight aroma in small bedroom. Could be rubbish outside but daughter remarked on it. Curious curtain in main bedroom which was only 3 quarter length and woudnt open or close. Very close to shops and easting places which was excellent. Had no communication with manager so ticked low box as no room m for other message.
