This Exclusive Apartment features all amenities you may expect at an exclusive large apartment such as a flat-screen Smart TV with free Wi-Fi, nicely furnished spacious seating area, fully equipped kitchen, separate large ding area, 3 large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

Max number of guests allowed is 4 persons.

I give my guests space but I am available when needed.

Every guest is appointed a Personal Concierge, with local knowledge at key destinations.

You have exclusive use of this luxurious large apartment during your entire stay.

The main entrance is on the ground floor where you will find a large living room, large open kitchen, patio and bedroom with king-size bed and fully equipped bathroom.A wide staircase leads you from the hallway to the basement with two large bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a separate bathroom.

Also here you have access to the same patio.

Taxi pick-up from Amsterdam Airport is one of our standard services and free of charge.

The apartment is only 8 minutes by tram from the central train station with very good train connections from Amsterdam Airport.

There are several large parking garages with competitive rates in this neighborhood. We could also provide a "Parking space" in a private parking garage for only €30,00 per day!

IMPORTANT: The private parking garage is a only a few hundred meter from the apartment!

Please note that late check-in after 8 pm, in consultation with your host, may be possible at an extra cost of EUR 30. Late check-in after 10 pm is on request.

A security deposit of EUR 500 is required for incidentals.
Procedure: After receiving the final reservation confirmation, the payment details are stored but not charged or authorized for the deposit unless the host makes a claim.
The host has 14 days from your checkout date to make a claim on the deposit for damages to their property.

Depending on the extent of the damage, the amount the host asks may or may not be the same as the deposit.
