The space
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open living area is tastefully furnished, creating a relaxing ambiance where you can curl up with a good book or enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen TV.

The house features three comfortable double bedrooms allowing up to six guests. There is a bathroom and an en-suite.

Step outside into the private garden, where you'll discover a charming patio area. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or bask in the afternoon sun. With outdoor seating and a lush green lawn, the garden provides a peaceful retreat for relaxation and contemplation.

Guest access
Guests will have sole access to the whole house during their stay. There is a separate rental unit at the front of the house, however there are no shared areas within the house.

There is a large driveway at the front available for all guests.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
