The 31 acre site of Mullacott Park is well placed for easily accessing by car some of the most beautiful spots on the North Devon coast. A regular bus service to Ilfracombe, Barnstaple & Woolacombe Beach stops just outside the park which has its own laundrette & a developing shop. Adjacent, The Depot restaurant offers all-day dining.

The Hot Tub can be booked at an additional cost of 150 GBP per stay. We require 48 hours to set this up for your stay.

Upon entering 52 Meadow View, the hallway opens into an open plan living/dining/kitchen space, enjoying extensive views. The well equipped kitchen provides for all your needs with fridge/freezer, gas hob & electric oven, microwave, coffee maker & dish-washer. After sharing a meal round the 4 seater dining table, snuggle up on sofas to watch films on the Smart TV. The 2 bedrooms offer flexibility for families or friends: 1 twin & 1 double with en-suite shower. The family bathroom is equipped with shower over bath & WC. Towels and linen are provided. Decking outside the lodge houses garden furniture to enjoy alfresco dining & 1 car parking space is provided.

The property was very luxurious, a true " home away from home" the only drawback was the hot tub . I sent an email asking to book the hot tub but no reply.You needed to book it 48 hours in advance.

The owners have the hot tub managed by an external company. The hot tub can be booked through us, and we notify the company to set this up for you. It is an additional cost of £95.00 per stay. Do let me know if you would like to book it and I will arrange a payment request to be sent to you for the booking of it. It requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for it to be accepted by the hot tub company. Just a heads-up about the hot tub: the company that looks after it cleans, empties, and refills it after every guest, which is great for hygiene, but it does mean it can take up to 10 hours to fully heat back up—especially if the weather’s a bit chilly. Because we don’t control their schedule, sometimes the hot tub might not be ready until later in the evening or even the next morning after you arrive. If having it ready right away is really important to you, we totally understand if you’d rather skip this option, as the hot tub company doesn’t offer refunds. Just want to be upfront so there are no surprises! But still, thank you so much for your lovely comment! We're thrilled to hear the property felt like a true "home away from home" — that’s exactly what we hope to create for our guests. So glad you enjoyed the luxury and comfort during your stay! Take the popular Tarka Trail for cyclists and walkers, visit Exmoor National Park, Exmoor Zoo, Milky Way Adventure Park, The Big Sheep, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and other beaches such as Saunton Sands, Croyde and Westward Ho!
