Villa Leda Finiki is a lovely Cyprus property, located in a secluded position just above the popular and sought after resort of Latchi Cyprus. With sea views and only a few minutes from the beach and town's centre this is a the perfect choice when considering a stay in the area.

The villa is ideal for a family or party of eight persons that wishes to be away from it all, enjoying the private pool, the nicely set gardens and all amongst peace and tranquillity of the virgin Cyprus countryside.

Villa Leda Finiki, Latchi, Paphos is a self catering holiday villa, within walking distance from the lovely area and faclilities of Polis and Latchi (link). The villa benefits from a large private pool, stunning views and is spacious for a party of eight, who can be accommodated in four air-conditioned bedrooms all with en-suite showers.


DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR

The ground floor consists of an open plan seating and dining space, with French doors opening onto the pool terraces and the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite shower, (wheelchair friendly) and a guests WC.

The interior staircase lands on the upper level, which features a second double bedroom and two twins, the three of them with en-suite private shower rooms and balconies overlooking the bay.

All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and this is provided free of charge by the owner, although the use of air-conditioning in the lounge area is charged extra. (7.00 Euro per unit per day and payable directly to the owner).

DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR

This charming villa is set in two levels; it is totally private, with a large sunny pool (12 X 6 m) with Roman Steps for ease of access, lush gardens and views over the bay of Chrysochous.

The private pool is set in between lush gardens, it is surrounded by sunny terraces, and it can be accessed by Roman steps. Next to the pool a fully furnished gazebo has been established, with adjacent BBQ. There is also an external shower, mounted on a marble wall. The sunny surrounding terraces are accompanied by well tended gardens.

The ideal location of Leda Finiki with the close by amenities, together with the facilities and the amazing views offered can only assure anyone of the occupants for a memorable and relaxing stay away from it all. Latchi has plenty of activity to choose from, whether you wish to dine in one of the many restaurants, shop at some larger supermarkets, hire mountain bikes, quad bikes or just watch the world go by in the ambience of the traditional village square.



The nearby Latchi beach is renowned as one of the best on this side of the island and not as crowded as the beaches in and around Paphos itself (which can be reached by car in 30 minutes or under). Latchi beach is famous for its clear blue sea, soft white sand and a great selection of watersports which are readily available.

Take one of the boat rides (or even hire your own) to the ‘blue lagoon', have a swim and/or snorkel, then come back to the pretty harbour/fishing port and have the famous ‘Fish Meze' where you will be served approx 20 dishes including some of the freshest catches of the day whilst watching the world go by.



For the more adventurous, you can enter the ‘Akamas' Nature reserve and go all the way round to ‘Lara Beach' famous for its turtles and wonderful beach.

If it is unspoilt Cyprus you are looking for, this is a great area to visit. You may even venture into the nearby villages of Peristerona, Lysos and Miliou or further on to Kathikas (with its vineyards and wineries), Droushia and Panagia. Other fantastic scenery can be taken in at Cedar Valley and the Troodos mountain range where in Winter, you can even Ski!

Paphos airport is 1 hour away by very good quality roads with English road signs. Visit Latchi and you won't be disappointed.

'We loved the property and the location. It was very secluded and peaceful, yet still within walking distance of the harbour, which was ideal. Our favourite restaurants were Noma, Restomare and No. 9, and we would also highly recommend Finikas in Polis and Pas to Kima in Argaka.

We had a great morning out on quad bikes and also hired a self-drive boat, both through the companies you recommended, which were excellent experiences. The service and communication throughout were excellent.

We did experience a few minor issues with kitchen equipment, air conditioning, WiFi and ants; however, the response was outstanding and everything was resolved very quickly, which we really appreciated.

Overall, the stay was excellent and we would very much like to book again for late June or early July next year. We are happy for you to use our comments.

''The property was very traditional, with the interior a little dated; however, it was very spacious for eight people and incredibly clean throughout. The location was fantastic and a big part of our decision to stay at Villa Leda. It is only 10 minutes from Latchi with some excellent restaurants, and just 10 minutes from supermarkets, shops, and other facilities. Despite being so close to amenities, the villa itself feels like it is located away from everything.

We would highly recommend a boat trip from Latchi Watersports, along with food at Molo’s restaurant in Latchi and Yianni’s in Kathikas. We were 100% satisfied with the service provided by LetsRentOnline.com, with excellent service and communication throughout the booking process. We had minimal communication with the local managers as no problems arose; however, when a hairdryer was requested, it was provided immediately.
