Spacious and bright flat on the top floor, without elevator, of an elegant block of flats.
Quiet and peaceful environment.
Recently renovated, it offers 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), a large living room with 2 sofa beds, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
It has a large balcony overlooking the communal garden.
The flat also provides a garage for the safety of your bicycles!
Free parking is available on site, other parking spaces are available for a fee and on request. Free parking spaces are available outside the building.
CLEANING INFORMATION:
The flat is provided with towels and bed linen.
Towels are changed free of charge after the 3rd day.
Bed linen is changed free of charge after the 6th day.
There is no cleaning service during the stay.
The flat is completely cleaned at the end of each stay.
Extra cleaning/sheets/towels during the stay are available at an extra charge.
