Apartment on the fourth floor in the historic centre of Venice, less than 10 minutes' walk from St. Mark's Square (with panoramic view of the city and St. Mark's Campanile). The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and sofa bed, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Two extra sleeping places on sofa bed upon request. Quiet location

Quiet with beautiful sunset views. Perfect for a small family/party. Be warned that it’s on the (American) fifth floor (and it’s a walk-up).

The host for this property did everything they could to make our first ever trip to Venice a memorable one. They have a great team who are easy to reach by phone or email and maintain a fantastic apartment that has everything one might need on holiday. I will gladly visit again and I highly recommend you book this room also!

A day before they emailed me stating, a pipe burst in the room we booked and they got us an alternative property. We paid for Apple got orange . It’s a common scam, I read about it online. They also charged me city tax twice, once at time of reservation and one on my credit card without authorization. Stay away from this company unless you want to get scammed. The alternative property was all the way in the back and looking at roofs and not enough beds . Look somewhere else .

I did not stay at the property I booked and paid in full.

It was absolutely horrible. Property owner informed me in last minute that there was a leak at the apartment I supposed to stay with my four children. Instead of trying to find same level apartment she dumped me for the most horrible apartment in Venice. NO view, blood stained comforter, ants in the bad room. I want a refund. It was absolutely horrible experience. The apartment I supposed to stay had 3 bedrooms, washer and dishwasher. All those things were missing from the apartment where to owner dumped me and my four kids. I am wondering if VRBO is going to do anything about it.
