The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed and dining table, a kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upon request 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 6 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Very close to St Mark’s and plenty of shops and food nearby. AC only in the bedrooms. It is on the 3rd floor and no elevator.Really a lovely stay.

Very nice apartment in the perfect location to all you want to see! Nice street with multiple choices for dining, Mini Mart very close by. We struggled a bit with getting our bags up the stairs but had just taken too much stuff. Ac worked great in bedrooms and we found the apartment very comfortable.

This apartment is in a fantastic location. It is a short ways from the local ferry stops. We took the alilaguna water bus from the airport, and one of the Venice Apt employees met us at the dock and escorted us to the apartment. I think it would have been hard for us to find in our jet lagged state, so I was very appreciative that they took the time to do that. The apartment is a very short distance from Doge's Palace and St. Mark's Square. It really was a great spot to be. There is also a tasty restaurant right at the base of the stairs to the apartment. The apartment itself was clean and was sufficient for our needs (2 adults, 3 children). It did not seem like the kitchen was as stocked as many vrbos I've been to, but we never intended to do any cooking, so it was fine for our purposes. We were there in July, so it was very warm, but each bedroom did have its own AC unit. It was hot for the child in the sofa bed, but she had a fan and tolerated it fine. There are several flights of stairs to the apartment, which should be fine if you are able-bodied, but it is worth mentally preparing yourself if you have a lot of luggage to carry up. This apartment is nothing amazing, but it was clean and comfortable, and I would stay again just based on the location.

Great quiet location

The place is nestled above a restaurant. In the listing it says there is a washing machine but there is not. Only a iron and board. There is also no mention of stairs that go to the apartment. It is a smaller staircase and the apartment was on the third or fourth floor. It was a chore hauling the luggage up and down. There isn’t a place to put soap in the bathroom while taking a shower. It is quiet at night and the AC worked well to keep us cool. Overall we would stay there again and loved Venice.
