Rialto Project Apartment 5 by Wonderful Italy

Four splendid apartments with all comforts inside a historic palace dating back to the 500s.



This apartment is furnished with designer furniture, modern-style paintings, and refined lighting given by large and bright arched windows with stunning views of Venice.

The accommodation consists of a large living room furnished with a sofa and a fully equipped open kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher.

The sleeping area consists of a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms, both with queen-size beds.

The building does not have an elevator.



Our guests will have additional amenities such as Free wifi, air conditioning, heating, television, and hairdryer.



* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.



*Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.

Known worldwide as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.

It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.

Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.

The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists worldwide every day.

The most famous local event is the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.

Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.



The accommodation is 10 minutes on foot from Venice Santa Lucia Station and less than 13km from Venice Marco Polo Airport.

It was just OK

Nothing terrible or nothing wonderful about the place.There could have been little things that make it better.Like have a full-length mirror, hooks to hang towel, and working remote for TV.

Rialto project 5 - better than expected

We got worried when we read past reviews but things were quite ok AC did not work well in one of rooms and we couldn’t read agreement but those were very minor issues. Great place, well positioned, easily accessed, clean, - would recommend and would return

Venice Apartment

Great location but a bit tricky to find and get into. Comfortable apartment although the kitchen is lacking if you intend to cook- no oil, salt, pepper and the coffee maker needs pods (couldn't find these in the store??). The floor has a lot of damage and a window shade is missing. Somewhat noisy with people walking right next to bedroom at 6 am and 10 pm.

Adorable

A little maze to get to but the owner provided a map with pictures of landmarks. I only stayed for a night and I dropped off my luggage at the airport - which was smart because, it would not have been fun to lug around. There's no car that can take you there - so don't take too much stuff if you don't need it. Modern place, clean and adorable.

A short visit

We were two couples passing through Venice for a short two night stay. One bedroom (and the washer) has ensuite facilities while the bathroom was separate from the other bedroom. A drying rack was provided. The unit was clean and was just what we needed. The exterior was undergoing renovations but less sightly as there was garbage from foot traffic. Communication from the owner went well though they did not answer any of our queries. We enquired about the possibility of an early check-in and the suitability of getting to the unit from another vapareto stop. Directions to the unit from the bus station were very clear. We would consider staying here again.

Do Not Go Here! Room double Booked, terrible communication, still waiting for refund

This was a wild VRBO experience that remains unresolved, even weeks later.At first I was very pleasantly surprised by how communicative they were, they sent entry instructions 2 days in advance - much appreciated. When I arrived to the VRBO at 7PM we used the digital code to unlock the door, and were shocked to find that someone else was clearly occupying the room. There was an open suitcase on the bed, a backpack on the couch, and a water bottle on the table. I called Wonderful Italy and spoke with a representative who tried to help. We were on the phone for 20 minutes but he could not figure out if the room was double booked, and did not have any helpful information on what to do. He said he would call back later that evening with an update, and perhaps we could use the last 2 days of our trip (instead of all 3). We decided this property was unsafe, as they were giving out door codes to multiple people without knowing who they went to. I requested a refund over the phone and he provided me with an email address to reach out to, and assured he would call back.I never heard back from Wonderful Italy.I messaged them through the VRBO app, WhatsAPP, sent the requested email to the provided email address, and never heard back. I even called them again 2 later, and they apologized and assured me they would look into it within 3 days. It's now been 3 weeks, and I have taken up a dispute with my bank for a refund.I have yet to be contacted, or refunded. Do not go here.
The bedroom when we arrived. Looks like the room had been cleaned and clearly someone else had checked in.
We quickly took pictures and left - we didn't want to startle whoever else also booked this property.

Es war für uns für 4 Tage eine tolle Unterkunft, sehr zentral gelegen und für eine Familie sehr ausreichend ausgestattet.Check-in und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur haben sehr gut funktioniert, WLAN funktioniert problemlos, einige Lampen und eine Klimaanlage haben nicht funktioniert, aber wir haben 4 Tage die Stadt erlebt und wollten nicht Zeit in der Wohnung verbringen oder ein Mehrgängemenü kochen.Als Fazit für eine Kurzreise für ein Paar oder eine Familie eine sehr schöne Unterkunft.

Déception entre les photos et la realite

photos sur le site montraient un logement clair et moderne.A l’arrivée nous avons été un peu déçus.Le logement est très sombre, même en plein jour.Le sol du salon est très usé et le lino se décolle à plusieurs endroits.La literie est également usée et peu confortable.L’une des salles de bains avait des remontées d’égouts assez désagréables qui sentaient dans tout l’appartement si nous oublions de fermer la porte (mais je pense que c’est un problème général à Venise).Par contre le logement était très bien placé et pour un usage de dortoir il est parfait.Les formalités d’arrivée et de départ sont très claires.
