Ca' Fosca, a modern and bright apartment in Sestiere Cannaregio in Venice.



The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator. The living area has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. In the same room, there is a dining table and a living room with a double sofa bed and TV.

The sleeping area includes one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer complete the layout.



*The building is not equipped with an elevator.



*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.



Known worldwide as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.

It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.

Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.

The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists worldwide every day.

The most famous local event is definitely the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.

Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.



The accommodation is approximately 1.1 km from the Venice Santa Lucia train station.

Loved the location. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants but quieter because it’s 2 streets away. Plenty of room for our family of four.

Great location place was very comfortable to stay in. Could definitely use some better seating in the living room area not that comfortable and not enough for a group of four.

Check in was easy and without incident. Apartment was spotless. It was a corner unit with high ceilings, lots of large windows and on a quiet canal. It’s in a less touristy part of town with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. Several vaporetto stops are within a short walking distance. Woukd definitely stay here again.

Appartement lumineux bien situé à l'écart de la foule

Appartement très agréable et parfaitement disposé les chambres sont à l'opposé l'une de l'autre et les 2 salles d'eau sont très appréciables. Linge et produits en quantité suffisante. Un peu de poussière derrière les portes, dans les lave-linge et sèche-linge mais rien de méchant. Appartement très sonore, rendant les déplacements, les gammes le soir et le matin au piano et à la guitare électrique du voisin du dessus un peu gênants. Mais c'est la vacances donc on reste cool !
