Appliances consist of an oil Rayburn, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and three Smart TVs. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, a covered well, and a private driveway for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but strictly no cats. This is a smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a highchair and travel cot. Stairgates installed for dogs.
