Located in the historic centre of the city of Braga, Casa do Terraço is a T1+1 apartment that has been renovated and equipped with the main utensils so that you can enjoy a pleasant stay.



The apartment is located on the 1st floor, WITH ACCESS ONLY BY STAIRS, fully equipped and furnished, ideal for those traveling with family. It has a bedroom with a double bed and also a single bed. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine and all the utensils for cooking. It also has a bathroom with a shower, TV and Wi-Fi internet. A terrace with garden furniture and a charming view of the city.



The Tourist Tax is not included in the amount paid for your reservation. The amount is €1.50/person/night (over 15 years old), with a maximum of 4 nights' stay charged from January to December, from 2025. Paid directly to Sé Apartamentos.



We are not responsible for any failure of services such as electricity, water, internet and TV.

Very central apartment, clean and quirky. Great terrace. Kitchen has low ceiling so you need to be careful as you may not be able to stand straight in places. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen cabinet tricky to open, hinge needs to be looked at. All in all a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Relaxing Holiday

The property has two bedrooms, although there is noc door inbetween. The matrass in the main bedroomis excellent. The kitchen is well-equipped. In the lounge we missed a table in front of the sofa. The veranda was wonderful, but in summer one might need an umbrella against the sun. The bathroom was small and lacked some facilities to hang up or put down towels etc.

Could not recommend

Toilet too close to the sink, difficult to sit on. Broken furniture on the terrace. It says first floor but that is to the apartment door there is then another set of steps. Poorly maintained on the terrace. Only one wine glass.

This is a one bedroom not two bedroom flat as listed

The location was excellent- the flat had a great terrace and the managing company were extremely helpful. All very good. But it doesn’t have 2 bedrooms. It actually has a double bedroom - leading off which is an alcove with a single bed. There is no access to the single room except through the double room AND there is no door between the single and double room. This is not made clear in the listing. If you turned up needing 2 separate bedrooms you would have a big problem on your hands.

Great location, a couple of quirks, but enjoyed overall

Let me start by saying we enjoyed our stay in the Casa do Terraco apartment. The location was great with great access to the city center. One thing the description of the apartment did not include was the very low ceiling in the kitchen. I'm 180 cm tall and had to bend over every time I tried to work in the kitchen - and I cooked meals several times. The apartment included instructions for all of the small appliances (coffee maker, kettle, iron, etc.) but not for the oven or the clothes washer - these two being very different in operation from equipment we are used to in the United States. Finally, some of the instructions in the booklet in the apartment did not agree with the final instructions sent by email regarding checking out. Make sure you check you email before checking out for the correct checkout instructions. Knowing these little quirks, we would not hesitate to rent from Se Apartamentos properties again - we would just check on the ceiling heights throughout the apartment.
