To the east you will find the wildest part of the beach, equipped with games for children, and a beautiful pine forest will guarantee you shelter from the sun during the hottest hours. You are near the white beaches of the Costa del Sole, the wonderful Cavoli, Fetovaia and Seccheto. In the same square, we offer two other apartments, called Brezza Marina.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.

Bright apartment located on the third floor of a small building without a lift, modern and equipped with every comfort, it has a large living room with kitchen and double sofa bed (ideal for 1 adult or two children), double bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower .

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of guys, family welcome)
- check-in in our Agency from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150,00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
