Ideally located, this charming corner apartment with a wrap-around balcony overlooks Rue Masséna, Nice's popular walking street. With elevator access, the fourth-floor apartment is only a 5-minute walk to the Azure beaches and Vieille Ville and just steps from some of Nice's best restaurants and shops.
Enjoy breakfast and evening drinks on the balcony with views west and south over terra cotta rooftops and the festive buzz of the street below. There are air conditioners in both bedroom and living room. Tasteful décor and comfortable furnishing make this a space you want to spend time in.
The open-plan kitchen and living room area is decorated with a fold-out dining table, a sofa bed (140 cm), a coffee table, and two armchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delightful dinners that can be enjoyed on the balcony during the warmer months.
The bedroom, with access to the balcony, features a double bed (160 cm) and a wardrobe.
In the bathroom, there is a shower and a toilet.
The apartment's location is a skip and a jump from the tramway line on Avenue Jean Médecin (and Galleries Lafayette) and less than five minutes from the airport tramway line. Also, less than 15 minutes walk from the Nice train station.

Apartment was exactly like the website stated. Only complaint was with the pillows. They were throw pillows. Other than that, the apartment was great. Communication with the manager was very good.

The owners of this apartment have chosen to have very nice fluffy 65x65 pillows, a standard pillow size in France. But of course they are not for everyone. We wish we could have pillows for our guests to choose from, wouldn’t that be lovely.

My wife and I used this incredibly located apartment for a two week stay in the French Riviera. About every other day we explored towns to the east and to the west, and on the other days we explored or just enjoyed what Nice had to offer. The apartment is on the most prominent street in Nice but the windows completely shut out any unwanted noise. It also had great access to the Tram lines which facilitated our travel inside and outside of Nice. Viveka was great to work with and got our holiday off on the right foot. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed, including a handheld steamer that was clutch for removing the clothes wrinkles that come with cross Atlantic travel.

Best location!
Nice and wellequipped apartment in the best location. Not very nice smell from the floor from oil or somerhing? Pillows of a cheap quality not very confortable. Otherwise perfect!

Fabulous- great apartment right in the heart
From the minute we booked till the minute we left- we loved this little find in Nice. Viveka was great and communicated with us clearly- we met her on our arrival and she showed us the key parts of the apartment - keys etc. The apartment itself was great and had absolutely everything we needed- only thing missing was an ice tray but luckily we brought our own due to experience. The flat was spotless clean, safe and the aircon a welcome addition. Would t hesitate to stay again and give it even more stars if we could!!

Perfectly located
Great Location! Steps from restaurant row in Nice. Old Town is a 3 minute walk and the beach is a 5 minute walk. The flat is beautiful and exactly like the photos. Having a lift was a plus since it’s on the top floor. Kitchen had everything to make meals including some spices, oils, and vinegars. Modern bathroom was a dream. The wrap around terrace extended the beautiful views. Noice was not a problem after retiring to bed. Aircon was available but I didn’t need as the cooler climate has begun. I will definitely return. 10+ rating.

Not sure why the review is asking about a winery... this apartment is in the heart of Nice. The tram is a 1 minute walk, old town is a 4 minute walk, the sea is an 8 minute walk. The unit is exceptionally clean and bright, fully stocked with whatever you may need, and even though it's on a busy pedestrian street, it's completely quiet with the double paned windows closed! When open, there's a quiet hum of activity below. The terrace is perfect to sit and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. The host was ready to work with as well.
