Four of us stayed at this apartment, and we were so pleased. It was walking distance from many attractions, with great restaurants nearby as well. We were also amazed by how quiet the neighborhood was to be so convenient to everything. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment and walkable to every attraction. Very comfortable stay for my party of 4. Check-in was smooth and communication was seamless. Grocery store and coffee shops are a 5 minute walk. They also organized transportation to airport. Would stay again.

Exactly what you need if you want a place in Rome basically steps away from the city centre. Far away enough where nights are so cool and quiet. Close enough where you are minutes away from all the action.

We absolutely loved this place. The hosts were easy to communicate with and Antonio at check-in as outstanding - friendly and informative. The location is terrific - near the heavily touristed areas but slightly off the beaten track. It was comfortable, quiet and well-maintained. We could not have been happier.

This apartment was perfect for our small family. Location was north of the city, walkable to all that Rome has to offer. Apartment was in a quiet pretty neighborhood, clean and stocked with the basics, appeared newly remodeled retaining the old building charm. The terrace was large and had a lovely view.

The location was wonderful with a vibrant residential neighborhood and easy walk to historic sites. There was a cafe nearby and a grocery store was conveniently located and perfect to pick up snacks and other necessities. The views from the balcony were amazing.

Wonderful property! Upscale building, large balcony with nice view, very clean and modern unit with nice natural light. We found it easy to walk to all major tourist attractions without staying directly in busier areas. The bedrooms being on opposite sides of the unit provided extra privacy as well. Just what we were looking for for our first, two night stay in Rome.

Great location — everything was within walking distance! The apartment was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our stay. Only thing I’d suggest is having a few more clean towels and some extra toilet paper, but overall it was a wonderful place to stay!

Great location and easily walkable to many sites. Quick and easy access to public transportation. Check in /check out was seamless. Confortable beds and great outdoor space. The only reason it was not 5 star is that they DID NOT provide any essentials like laundry or dishwasher soap, hand soap, sugar, salt, coffee etc! This was very inconvenient.

Dear Lori, thank you for your review. We are happy you appreciated the position of the apartment and the management as well. As for the supplies, we provide a welcome kit per guest, which includes one roll of toilet paper, a small hand soap, and a bottle of shower gel each. The kit is meant to make your arrival more comfortable and to give you time to purchase your preferred personal hygiene products. Since this is a self-catering holiday apartment and not a hotel, continuous replenishment of such items is not part of the service.

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment is as pictured, bright and airy top floor unit with elevator. We found a great coffee shop and local restaurant within a couple of blocks. Located just outside the main tourist area, the apartment and neighborhood are quiet, but provide easy access to all of Rome. We look forward to our next stay.

Look no further, a little gem..

What a fantastic place to stay. Our first visit to Italy was made perfect by this amazing apartment. For those who have mobility issues you will find easy accessibility to all areas due to the close proximity to transport links, and the luft to the apartment.. cant praise it highly enough from the booking process to arriving and being met by a very friendly member of the team who showed us round and explained everything. The 2 large bedrooms each serviced by their own bathrooms was a bonus. The whole apartment was spotless. We looked forward to returning each evening. The only thing we found a little puzzling was the ground coffee in the cupboard. As we found no sign of anything to make it in like a cafetiere or perculator.. a caf Cant prIse

Amazing Property!!!

Book this property, you will not regret it! This was the first time I have booked internationally so I was a bit nervous, but they made everything so easy! I have never had a property have someone greet me & walk me through the place & answer questions. They also arranged our private transfers to & from the Rome airport! To have someone there to greet you upon arrival holding a sign with your name & taking you directly to your car takes away all the stress. The location of the apartment was perfect! This was our first trip to Rome so we were not sure if it would be close enough to walk to all the places as we really did not want to have to pay to take a taxi. You could easily walk to everything! There is also the cutest cafe a few blocks away to grab your morning coffee. The supermarket is also a short walk to stock up on any food & drink you may need as well. We loved the balcony! Great views in the mornings & evenings! The washer/dryer also came in very handy as well. You can tell the apartment has been updated recently & we appreciated the modern touches. The apartment is located on the 6th floor so you will need to use the elevator. It does appear to be the building’s original elevator & can appear to look like it won’t make it to the top…but no worries, it’s perfectly safe, & I actually enjoyed using it each day! My only suggestion would be adding some ice trays to the freezer. It would have been nice to have some ice for our drinks. I would 100% stay here again!

We were very surprised to see the 2/10 rating you left for your stay, especially as it was submitted without any comments or explanation. Based on all our interactions during and after your stay, we understood that everything had gone very well and that you were satisfied with the accommodation and the service provided. For this reason, we are wondering whether the rating may have been submitted by mistake. We also noticed that your check-out was on May 14, while the review was only submitted on June 7, several weeks later. This made us wonder whether there may have been some confusion and whether you may have accidentally reviewed the wrong property. If this was indeed an error, we would be very grateful if you could contact VRBO and request a correction of the review. A rating as low as 2/10 suggests a very serious problem with the stay, which certainly does not reflect the experience we believe you had. We would also like to point out that such a low rating, particularly when submitted without any accompanying comments, can significantly damage our property's reputation and negatively affect future bookings. As hosts, we work very hard to provide a positive experience for all our guests, so an inaccurate rating can have serious consequences for our business. We would greatly appreciate your assistance in clarifying or correcting this matter. If there was any issue that we were not made aware of, we would genuinely welcome your feedback.
