Beautiful and bright 35 m2 apartment, near Avenida del Paralelo in a super calm road! An excellent choice to enjoy your holidays in Barcelona. The spacious apartment is completely redecorated to welcome our clients and make them feel at home away from home!

We have one double bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen where you can have everything you need to make your stay an experience! Also it has a relaxing area with sofa that truns into a sofa bed, so you have 2 diferent spaces. Big windows that have a great entrance of natural light during most of the day.

The apartment shows the beauty of the old style wih this impressive celings but with a modern and cozy decoration, making you feel super homey.

The apartment has Wi-Fi for our clients and air conditioning in the living room and also heating. We also have a washing machine to use during your stay.

Public transport is at street level and the metro is a few minutes from the apartment.

This apartment is located close to one of the cultural arteries of the city of Barcelona: Avenida Paral·lel. From the end of the 19th century to 1970, it has always been linked to the world of entertainment, with cabarets, music halls or theaters such as the Teatro Condal, the Teatro Victoria, and the Teatro Apolo, which continue to give shows. "Catalan Broadway" is full of charm and although it is no longer the same as before, it continues to offer a wide variety of activities and entertainment.

Paral·lel also offers one of the best and most varied gastronomic options, which fill its pedestrian streets and tapas bars. It has many terraces where you can have a drink, discos, and a magnificent gastronomic and cultural panorama.

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Arrival after hours:

Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
