Finely renovated apartment in the Veronetta area just 10 minutes walk from the historic center and Juliet\'s house. You can easily reach the place by car and park nearby, the apartment is just 50m from the bus stop.



Veronetta is a lively area full of bars, restaurants and shops.



Two bathrooms, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning.



To avoid extra charges (personal check-in tips), please check in and pay tourist tax online via lionhost site otherwise charges listed will be applied.

The tourist tax is due to the Municipality of Verona and must be paid before checking in.

We enjoyed our stay, mostly, the apartment was clean and well presented. Location great for walking to main attractíons. The host was very accommodating allowing us to leave our bags as we arrived very early .The stay was slightly spoilt by unfounded and unwarranted accusations from the host about a damaged table , which ultimate host accepted was a design fault during manufacture, but made the accusation that as I had not pointed this out on departure that we were hiding something. I don't appeeythat time or the accusation and pointed out that the damage could have been there for some time and just not noticed, as we certainly didn't notice when we were thereI would recommend taking plenty of arrival and departure photos of the apartment to avoid this situation arising

Since you left leaving the table broken in the middle of the living room without saying anything, sorry but first impression was you had broken it. Only after analyzing it accurately we evaluated that it may have had some fabrication defects, but I suggest if you leave such an evident damaged article by leaving, inform the host. No charges have been applied to you anyway so I think we did our best in trusting it has not been damaged even accidentally by you. Thanks

Clean, apartment - happy to recommend

The entry hall and communal area is clean and well looked after. The apartment is clean, neat and tidy. The bathrooms were very clean and the bedding was crisp and clean too. There is a good local supermarket and a few good local bars. If we returned to Verona we would happily return to this apartment.

Modern Flat with all the amenities in great location

The flat is an easy15 minute walk into the heart of Verona and most of the sites. With the exception of a dryer the property has been completely redone with a high end kitchen with huge built in refrigerator, dishwasher and induction cooktop. Tastefully decorated with a master bedroom with queen sized bed a second bedroom office with a single bed and a large sleep sofa in the living room. There are two large bathrooms with large walk in showers. Lots of light from multiple automated sky lights. Cable tv and fast internet were excellent. The building has an elevator and local food shopping and is literally within a one minute walk. There is no on street parking so if you have a car daily parking can be arranged with a local parking garage a 6 minute walk from the property.

Check in völlig unproblematisch. Schneller Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Immer wieder Nachfrage, ob alles ok sei.Sauber, ruhig, Geschäfte und Bars um.die Ecke,15 Minuten ins Zentrum zu Fuß. Schöne Wohnung, geschmackvoll möbliert.Kleiner Balkon, allerdings ohne Sicht.
