The ground floor of Meadow View is ideal for relaxing and enjoying each others company with an open-plan layout providing a great social space for cooking and entertaining, or simply relaxing by the wood burning stove after a day spent exploring the Peak District. The sitting room has far reaching views across the Derbyshire dales, so you can curl up in front of the wood burning stove and enjoy the views, or watch your favourite film on the Smart television from the comfort of the sofa, whilst the roaring wood burning stove creates the perfect cosy atmosphere on those chilly winter evenings. Or take yourself off to the garden room where additional seating and another television provides an opportunity for some quiet time enjoying the garden from the bi-folding doors, or an ideal space for the teenagers to do their own thing. The kitchen is well-equipped for even the keenest of chefs and spills into the the dining area, providing comfortable seating for those special family meals.

Upstairs on the first floor are two well-appointed and spacious bedrooms, both of which are tastefully furnished and offer views across the village rooftops and the meadows to the rear of the cottage. Bedroom one has a king-size bed and enjoys its own en-suite shower room; bedroom two's king-size bed is a zip and link, so ideal for families requiring twin beds for the children. The family bathroom is a calming, light-filled room with a free-standing bath and walk-in shower.

Attention to detail throughout the cottage ensures that you and your guests will want for nothing. Each room is flooded with natural light and furnished beautifully, providing all of the home comforts one would expect, with many thoughtful touches throughout.

Bi-folding doors lead from the kitchen and dining area onto the south-facing front patio with a stunning detached all year round garden room. Beautifully furnished with a plush velvet sofa, comfortable armchairs and a Smart television, the garden room provides the perfect place to sit and read your favourite book, or enjoy a morning coffee in solitude, whilst the rest of the house awakens around you. The gardens are somewhere you can enjoy alfresco dining, whether that be on your private front terrace, or the pretty rear garden where you can relax and take in the views over the meadows.

Meadow View guests have access to private off-road parking for up to two cars and there is also a secure bicycle storage area next to the garden room, for those wanting to make the most of the local cycling routes.

Located in the quaint village of Taddington in the Peak District National Park, you have the wonders of Derbyshire on your doorstep. Take advantage of the bus routes to local towns such as Bakewell and Buxton, where there are an abundance of boutique shops and pretty cafes, or step out of the front door of Meadow View and head on an adventure on one of the many walking and cycling routes.
