The swimming pool, located on another terrace on the hillside, offers breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys and mountains, you can relax on one of the 4 sun loungers and protect yourself from the sun on one of the 2 parasols.



We enter the house through the terrace into the fitted kitchen, which is open plan next to the spacious living/dining room, which even has a cistern, fireplace, air conditioning and TV. Up 4 steps to the right is the first bathroom with shower, which is very bright. Just in front of the stairs is the first bedroom, which is classic, bright, with a double bed, air conditioning and a terrace with views. Right next to the bedroom, up 4 more steps, we find the second bedroom, modern, bright, with 2 single beds, air conditioning, access to the terrace and modern en-suite bathroom, complete with shower. To access the bathroom, you have to go down 3 steps. Leaving the bedroom and turning right, we find a living room with classic furniture and a loft.



The villa is situated in a quiet area, with the nearest neighbour about 40 meters away.



Within walking distance of the villa are the town of Manacor with its shops and restaurants and the beach of Cala Bota, a perfect place to relax. The Rafa Nadal Academy is less than 10 minutes away by car.
