The Golden Pineda residential complex is the perfect place for a family vacation on the Costa Dorada. It offers an ideal location and a spacious communal area with a swimming pool and beautiful gardens.



This complex is situated in a quiet area, yet all the necessary services are within a short walk, and it's very close to Racó Beach and the lovely coves of Cap Salou. Plus, just a 10-minute stroll away, you'll find Aquopolis, the best water park on the Costa Dorada.



Here, you'll stay in a ground-floor duplex apartment with a large patio/terrace. It's cozy, fully equipped, tastefully decorated, and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The apartment is spread across two levels.



Here's what you'll find:



On the Ground Floor:



· A comfortable living and dining area with a sofa bed.

· A spacious patio/terrace to enjoy outdoor moments.

· A fully equipped kitchen.

· A courtesy toilet.



On the First Floor (accessible by stairs):



· A master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.

· Two bedrooms, each with two single beds.

· A second bathroom with a shower.



GOOD TO KNOW:



· Enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

· If you need parking, we offer optional underground parking for a small fee, subject to availability.

· Air conditioning throughout the apartment.

· Please note that we don't accept group reservations.

· If you're traveling with pets, let us know in advance, and we'll try to accommodate your furry friends.

· Outdoor seasonal swimming pool.

· Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.

· Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.

- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.

Outdoor pools (if available) are unheated and open 01/06–15/09 (dates may vary). Services may be limited due to unforeseen circumstances.

El apartamento está muy bien. Tiene de todo lo necesario, incluido pequeños electrodomésticos. Una buena terraza y la piscina bastante bien. Estaba muy limpio. Está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y muy cerca de la playa. Ideal para relajarse o ir con niños. El personal fue agradable y atento. La salida es muy temprana, a las 10 de la mañana

Appartement spacieux, cuisine très bien équipée, bonne literie et jolie terrasse extérieure. Ce qui est bien c'est est le nombre de salle de bain et de WC car pour 8 personnes c est le top ! Dire au propriétaire de changer son canapé lit au salon ou de changer le nombre de personnes sur l annonce car heureusement qu on est arrivé qu à 6 et non à 8 car on aurait eu un gros problème de couchage . Impossible de dormir sur ce canapé qui fait tout juste 1m de large , à peine tu t assois le canapé bascule ! Et en plus il ne sentait pas bon( auréole de pipi de chat ! ) C est vraiment le seul point négatif mais qui est important car j ai payé une location pour 8 couchages alors qu il y en avait que 6 ! C est dommage.

Todo en general, el apartamento muy cómodo, limpio, bien ubicado, con unos jardines y una piscina muy tranquilos, la estancia ha sido encantadora Quizás la salida, salir un poquito más tarde
