Para experimentar la herencia y el ambiente de la Granada árabe de una forma elegante y cómoda. Este apartamento se hallan en un Carmen del siglo XVIII ubicado en el Albaicin, el casco antiguo de Granada patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. El apartamento está situado en la zona del Albaicin mas próxima al centro de Granada, a menos de 350m de Plaza Nueva y 800m de la Alhambra.

Parking disponible a petición. El encargado vive en el mismo edificio.

Apartamento 1B tiene su propia terraza amplia con muebles para comer fuera o simplemente tomar el sol.

Tiene un dormitorio con cama matrimonio grande y un dormitorio con dos camas individuales. Hay una cama individual suplementaria para un adulto y una cuna para bebes disponible a petición.

Los apartamentos han sido rehabilitados con la idea de combinar el encanto del edificio de siglo XVIII con la comodidad y el estilo contemporáneos de las instalaciones mas modernas. El apartamento tiene calificación por gas natural, aire-acondicionado en el salón y ventiladores en los dormitorios. Un buena señal de wifi en todo el apartamento y una ducha con agua caliente ilimitada.

Tenemos dos garajes privadas cerca de los apartamentos disponible a petición que cuesta 15 euros al día.

Amazing Apartment . Great Location

Wow! What an amazing stay in Apartment San Jose 1B. We are a family of 4 who spent a week here. Very well appointed with everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean, had great air conditioning (it was July....), had a super terrace which was very private and was great for breakfast and late dinners. Location was very good in a quieter part of the Albayzin but only 5 mins walk to the bustling tourist zones. Grocery shop close-by as was many excellent tapas bars. Pictures of the apartment do not do it justice. Jamie the housekeeper was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. We recommend the parking below in Jamie's driveway as it was very convenient.. Hope to visit the apartment again and explore this amazing city. What a great holiday! Do not hesitate to book the apartment.

Beautiful, authentic Grenada apartment

The apartment is located in the heart of the Albayzin neighborhood, an easy walk to great restaurants, shopping, and a spectacular plaza overlooking the Alhambra. It was a hike to the Alhambra itself but definitely doable. The space is compact and cozy but had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, the terrace was lovely and we were able to eat a meal in one night, a welcome change during a long trip. We were met by Jaime, the caretaker, who was helpful in explaining the area and giving us some tips for getting around, where to shop, etc. We loved the charm of the street, the courtyard, the shuttered windows, and the overall experience. If you're looking for an authentic Grenada experiene rather than a fancy generic hotel, this is the place!

Character apartment in historical quarter

Great historical apartment situated on a cobblestone road next to an old church. The interior had heaps of character with exposed ceiling beams and decorative tiled floors in the bedrooms. Decent pillows and doonas. Spacious enough for our family with 2 teenagers. Walking distance to Granada attractions. Jamie, the caretaker was very helpful in providing some tips and arranging a taxi to take us to the airport. Kids voted in their favourite apartment we stayed in, during our holiday in Spain.

The accommodations were clean and welcoming. Fantastic outdoor space. Jamie, the property manager, was an exemplary host who greeted us upon arrival and provided a fount of information on Granada in general and on the Alhambra in particular. We were provided with exact information on how to access the rental property.

Fantastic apartment. Communication was flawless. Jamie was there to meet us and show us around. Apartment was clean and well equipped with loads of space for a family of four. Even in 38-39 degree heat it was easy to keep the apartment cool with AC at warmer times and great ventilation at others. We really enjoyed evenings on the terrace and the Albaicin neighbourhood is amazing. Would 100% book again.

Incredible Granada

Bang for the buck! Great location to spend time in Granada; you can spread out, relax after a day of walking up and down the hills. Nicely appointed kitchen, bathroom, living space, and bedrooms. We were very comfortable. Only ding on listing was no dryer….only the close line. Would definitely stay here again

Comfort of Home

Having this place that has the warmth of home and every necessity provided to us made our visit to Granada even more enjoyable. The home itself was a perfect blend of old and new. We really felt sad to leave. Jamie, our host responded to every question or ,request quickly and showed us genuine hospitatlity. We loved the location in the heart of Albicin, the oldest part of Granada, with a large patio that overlooked the church and a canopy that could be easily rolled out for a rain shower. The kitchen had everything we needed, including thoughtful items like spices, oil, sugar, coffee and tea to name a few. The beds were very cozy and we enjoyed the big bath tub and shower. It would be hard to note anything that we needed that our host did not provide. We will definitely stay here again should we return to Granada and highly recommend this apartment.

Great stay in a very desirable area

We stayed a few nights during our honeymoon trip around Spain (late September) and we really enjoyed this apartment. The terrace is so lovely to sit at night and just listen to the city. The location is perfectly located in the Albaicin but still somewhat private. Please note that you will need good physical mobility to stay here as the streets are quite steep and cobbled and the apartment is up a flight of stairs. Still, everything you want to see is within 20-30 min walking distance, including the Alhambra and the Sacromonte district. The views from the neighboring streets at night are fantastic. The apartment is well appointed, clean, and pretty quiet. There is a tavern nearby but it's difficult to hear unless you are on the terrace. The beds and bath are spacious and comfortable. Communication with the caretakers was easy and we were lucky enough to check in a bit early. Highly recommend this rental!

Excellent stay worth the money

Beautiful property in the heart of Granada. My partner and I stayed for our anniversary and we had a wonderful job. Jamie was informative and helpful the entire time and it was definitely worth the money wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Granada and will definitely be booking again for any future Granada trips!

Great spot, great people

This apartment was clean, well located and had all we needed. The owner answered all of our many questions quickly, and the property manager was incredibly helpful, especially when one member of our group got injured and we needed a bit of extra assistance. I love the albaicin neighborhood and would stay here again any time.

Could not have been any better!

This was our favorite VRBO in Spain. The location was excellent, the apartment was comfortable with a great shower , bed, and terrace. Jamie was incredibly helpful - he went above and beyond and having him onsite was a real bonus for us. We would like to come back some day!

Beautiful Old Town Stay in the Albaicin

My wife and I and another couple stayed comfortably in Nina and Stewarts's beautifiul spanish home in old town Granada. It is extremely clean and well appointed - had absolutely everything we needed and more. We were graciously greeted by Jamie upon arrival and he took his time showing us the house and telling us about the surrounding area, sites, and best restaurants and Tapa bars. Jamie also helped us to get tickets for Alhambra and ordered up a taxi for us upon departure. Extremely friendly and very helpful. The house is well situated for access to all restaurants, and sights to see close by in Granada old town (Albaicin). You are literally 5 minutes from all attractions and restaurants - no need for a car to get places. Markets and groceries also close by. The apartment is set back from the busier tourist area and is very quiet at night - made for great sleeping! The terrace is a wonderful place to relax with your book and coffee. We cannot say enough good things about both Nina and Stewart's wonderful abode - it was an absolute treasure. We highly recommend this home for your visit! We willl be sure to return another time.

Fabulous apartment

This was a beautifully presented apartment with a real Spanish feel to it. Lots of nice touches, well equipped kitchen, large terrace that was not overlooked in a very quiet but central location. Really good communication from owners and the manager of the building. Had a really enjoyable weekend and would definitely go back again.
