Villa MarsaMa is an extraordinary residence consisting of two independent and adjacent living units, each equipped with a bathroom and kitchen. This villa combines intimacy and sharing, providing an unforgettable holiday experience.

The villa comprises two adjacent units located on the ground floor:

The first living unit features a kitchen-living room with seating for 8 people, both indoors and on the veranda, a double bedroom, and a twin room with 2 single beds, along with a complete bathroom with a shower box. The second living unit includes a bedroom with an additional bed and a sofa bed in the kitchen, along with a full bathroom with a shower box. In total, the villa can accommodate 8 people.

Outside, a fabulous veranda is equipped with a barbecue and overlooks a 4 meters by 10 meters pool, heated and open all year round to ensure a temperature of about 28/29 degrees even in the winter months.
Pool heating cost, extra service on request:
500 euros per week from December to March
rest of the year 300 euros
in the evening the swimming pool must be covered to avoid heat loss
The villa comes with fenced private outdoor parking.
