About this property

Modern Private Villa with Pool & Proximity to Beach

The villa is situated on a large lot with double entrances: one back entrance for parking and one front main entrance. All on one level, it has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with a custom-made eat-in kitchen. All furniture is brand new.

Outside, there is a front veranda perfect for morning breakfast, facing beautiful palm trees and a small garden area. The much larger veranda in the back gives you plenty of space to relax or eat while facing the brand new, chic pool. Perfect at night as well!

There is also a terrace with a small patio, relaxing chairs, and a coffee table, perfect for enjoying sunsets or simply relaxing with a drink while listening to your favorite music controlled from your smartphone or tablet.

This villa is the perfect getaway for a couple, a small family, or a small group.

The villa is also minutes away from the beach by car, as well as stores, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Our area is known for its clean waters and well-kept beaches, but we can't forget the historic towns around us, located a 20-30 minute drive away: Modica, Noto, Scicli, Marzamemi, Pachino, Siracusa... where you'll find the best Baroque-style architecture, food, and wine that Sicily has to offer.

Villa Salvatore

A really lovely stay the villa! Really clean, great facilities and help on hand if needed. We were there for 10 days and there was a full clean and sheet change half way through. Also a great welcome basket and some local delicacies which were delicious! We would definitely go back.

Home from home

We stayed at Villa Salvatore for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is perfect for a family of 4 with lots of chilling and relaxing outside space. The pool was the cherry on top. It is just stunning. The neighbourhood suited us perfectly well as it is quiet and peaceful but only a stone throw from all these clean and beautiful beaches, restaurants etc. We had the best time! Communication with the property manager was easy and any slight niggles were answered straight away which was reassuring. Despite the heat and spending a lot more time at the villa and in the pool than anticipated, we managed to climb Etna, visited Noto, Siracusa, Taormina and so many more stunning places. The villa is a great base from which you can go and explore Sicily. Thank you so much for a fabulous holiday!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Der Pool ist fantastisch, die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus gemütlich. Guiseppe und Pietro waren sehr angenehme Gastgeber.Einzig die Lage ist bei FeWo nicht korrekt wiedergegeben, zum Strand sind es 2 km, aber wer braucht schon Strand, wenn man so einen Pool hat.

Super schön

In echt noch besser als auf den Bildern. Wir sind super nett empfangen worden und ansonsten wurde eich um alles sofort gekümmert. Die bellenden Hunde abends muss mann akzeptieren. Uns hat das nicht gestört weil wir selber einen dabei hatten.

Ganz tolles Häuschen

Es hat von Anfang bis Ende alles sehr gut funktioniert. Wir waren für insgesamt 18 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Häuschen. Sehr modern mit Liebe zum Detail. Jeden Samstag war die Poolreinigung da. Einmal die Woche kam eine Reinigungsfachkraft. Unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr bemüht. Check in und Check out unkompliziert. Tolle Gegend. Toller großer Pool. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

This area is very special to us. It's incredibly pristine, with a peaceful atmosphere that's a world away from the bustling tourist crowds. We love being able to escape the hustle and bustle and truly unwind here. The beaches are pristine, the water is crystal clear, and the natural landscapes are simply breathtaking.

What makes this property unique

We love the location; it feels unique and pristine. The house now feels almost like a French country villa near the beach. The music system and amenities make it very special and fun. We had comfort and privacy in mind, and that's what we went for.

From the beautiful pool area with plenty of space to the spectacular and comfortable terraces, it's perfect for enjoying a glass of wine, working, relaxing, or listening to your favorite music. Or you can catch the sunset upstairs on the terrace, where at night it gives you a wonderful view of the pool area... As some friends have told us, "the terrace is magic."

The large front and back doors and windows open to the verandas, creating a spacious and bright home during the day and a relaxing environment at night.
