All villas provide a very spacious feeling due to the high ceilings and large glass windows. They guarantee a view of the water and lots of natural light. The villa has a modern, spacious living room, furnished with exclusive but comfortable furniture, a dining area, and a flatā€“screen TV. A perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game, or simply watch a movie. The modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator-freezer combination, a hob with a built-in extractor fan, a combination microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The villa has 3 bedrooms:
bedroom 1: 2 x single box-spring, a flat-screen TV and ample storage space
bedroom 2: 2 x single box-spring, a flat-screen TV and ample storage space
bedroom 3: An outbuilding accessible from outside, including bathroom with toilet and bunk bed

The luxurious, spacious bathroom has a sink and a walk-in rain shower. The villa has a separate toilet. The living room provides access to the spacious yard. Our villas are nonā€“smoking and equipped with WiFi. You can park one car at the villa without any problems. The beds will have been made when you arrive.

Wir hatten eine wunderschƶne Zeit mit der ganzen Familie und wurden herzlich empfangen bei unserer Ankunft mit GlĆ¼hwein und traditionellen hollƤndischen GebƤck. Sehr gefallen hat uns die gepflegte Anlage und die Ruhe. Man hat nachts nicht viele GerƤusche gehƶrt. Sie sind sehr tierlieb, fĆ¼r Hundebesitzer perfekt. Da Feuerwerke verboten sind, ist es auch ideal mit Hund an Silvester. Leider haben sich unsere Nachbarn zwar a das Verbot nicht gehalten, aber da kann ja MarinaPark nichts dafĆ¼r. Besonders schƶn ist es morgens einem CafĆ© mit Blick auf den Kanal zu genieƟen und im Wohnzimmer zusammenzusitzen. Es war generell sehr gemĆ¼tlich und die Heizungen sind schnell sehr warm geworden, was super ist fĆ¼r die kalten Tage. Generell war der Service perfekt, sehr freundlich, schnell uns hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein paar minimale Probleme, und es wurde sofort reagiert, was wir sehr zu schƤtzen wissen. Die KĆ¼che war fĆ¼r uns sehr gut ausgestattet und hat fĆ¼r 6 Leute gereicht. Die Umgebung ist wunderschƶn und idyllisch und eignet sich hervorragend fĆ¼r SpaziergƤnge. Wir freuen uns schon im Sommer wiederzukommen und den einzigartigen Flair im Sommer zu genieƟen.
