Modern 3 bedroom house with beautiful views
Maintained to a high standard this is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms set over 3 floors with small private heated pool, 4 large separate terraces and fantastic sea views
You enter this property onto the middle floor into a large open hallway with staircases down to the lower level and up to the third floor. Off one end of the hallway you have a large storage cupboard, newly refurbished shower room and a large twin bedded bedroom with built in wardrobes. The other side of the hallway leads to a large open plan, well furnished, dining and lounge area. There is a large wall mounted TV, WiFi/Internet and newly built free standing log burner that replaces the fireplace (awaiting photos). The lounge area leads directly in the newly refurbished open plan fullt fitted kitchen with American style Fridge/Freezer, large cooker with gas hob and electric oven and a dishwasher. Patio doors lead from the kitchen and lounge area onto a large terrace with sea views, perfect for outside dining.
Up the stairs from the hallway there is a full, newly refurbished bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower. The Master bedroom has King size bed and plenty of built in wardrobes and storage. Patio doors from here lead to out onto a large furnished terrace with sea views.
Down the stairs from the hallway leads into a second large lounge area with 2 large sofas and a double sofa bed. This area is split into two with one half of the room having a full wall mirror and an area perfect for doing your morning exercise. Patio doors from here lead out onto another large terrace with small heated pool.
Next to the lounge there is a twin bedded room with built in wardrobes and patio doors leading out onto the pool terrace.
On this floor is a full bathroom with bath and overhead shower and a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board etc.
A fourth terrace has sun right through the day.
This property is located in a small gated community with secure parking outside the front door.
All bedrooms and living areas have both warm and cold air conditioning.
Free WiFi/Internet is availabke on all weekly rentals. English and Spanish TV are available.
It is only around 400 metres to the beach front from this villa with its many bars, restaurants, cafes and shops but it is up a fairly steep hill so a vehicle is recommended for stays here.
