The flow and layout of the space makes it ideal for gatherings and parties, and the indoor fireplace provides a pleasant and warm atmosphere. All rooms are air conditioned, with underfloor heating for colder days.

There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. There are 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. The bathrooms are equipped with toiletries, hairdryer and bathrobes.

The courtyard of the villa is reserved for relaxation and entertainment. There is a 21 m² swimming pool with deck chairs where you can enjoy the sun. On the outdoor terrace you will find an outdoor dining table where you can serve specialties prepared on the grill.
