Falcon House is a fantastic 4-bed property with stunning lake views and commanding a favourable plot right at the heart of Lower Mill.
Situated at the centre of the estate, Falcon House is the perfect location for your holiday at Lower Mill. To the back of the property, you benefit from views over the beautiful Clearwater Lake. The back decking is the perfect spot for your family and friends to sit back and relax while the charcoal BBQ is being fired up.
Step out the front door and you are a stone's throw away from Millstone Park, where two of the estate's tennis courts, a multi-use games area, and Ballihoo Restaurant are situated. Lower Mill's award-winning, tranquil spa is also only a few minutes' walk away from the property.
Sleeping up to nine across four bedrooms Falcon House is perfect for multi-generational families or groups of friends looking to relax and explore the countryside at our family-friendly estate.
Falcon House is pet friendly, dogs must be kept on their lead until you reach the wider nature reserve.
All our properties at Lower Mill Estate, The Cotswolds and Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.
Ground Floor
As you enter Falcon House you walk through into a spacious open plan area that is home to the kitchen, dining and lounge areas which open out on the back decking and views over Clearwater Lake.
The lounge area is kitted out with a smart TV you can use to log into your favourite streaming services and a gas fire for you to cosy up to in the winter months.
There is also a W/C on the ground floor.
First Floor
Here three of the properties' four bedrooms are situated. First is a bunk bedroom with a double on the bottom bunk and a single on the top bunk.
Also on this floor, there is a double bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom, and fantastic views over Clearwater Lake. The third bedroom on this floor is a twin room that can be made up as a double on request. There is also a family bathroom on the first floor.
Second Floor
On the top floor, you will find the final bedroom, which is a double also with it's very own ensuite bathroom.

Property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery

On-site restaurant and small market shop with seasonal opening hours. Availability can book up in peak weeks so contact Ballihoo prior to arrival to not miss out.
Bike and watercraft hire are available at the Activity Hub as well as lessons.
Not all properties have direct lake access even though they are listed as lakeside. If you are unsure whether this property has lake access please check with our team.
Please be aware that the vegetation surrounding the property is subject to change according to the time of year. This may mean that the views represented in the photos above may vary depending on the season in which you stay with us.
Normal check-in is from 4 pm. Out of peak season, early check-in of 2 pm may be available (at an additional fee). Please contact our office team to enquire.
Check out during off-peak dates is by 10 am on the day of departure. During peak dates (school holidays) check out is at 9 am.
ÂŁ500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
Travel cot and highchair are available for ÂŁ10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guests to provide their own linen and mattress for the travel cot.
There is a strict 11 pm noise curfew on the estate.
There are 3 electric vehicle charging points on the estate that operate on a first come first use basis.
All our properties are non-smoking.
Seasonal Closures
Somerford Lagoon Lake is closed from October â March due to nesting birds. The nearest canoe launch point is located near Mill Village as marked on the Estate Map.
The Somerford Nines (Clearwater 1-9). The private outdoor pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.
The outdoor Mill Village pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.
The Miss Mouse Trail, run by the activity hub closes for the winter months. This is from 1st November to the Easter holidays.
