Why Doug Coates chose Netarts
Its one of the most beautiful areas of the North Oregon coast. It is located in a quiet rural coastal village and it doesn't feel like a tourism destination at all.
What makes this Cottage unique
A great place to relax, watch the birds and the crabbers, harvest fresh seafood and experience the drama of the Pacific Ocean. Prime spot for whale-watching during migration season. One of the best views on the Oregon Coast, in the beautiful Three Capes Scenic Route area.

Edens Garden is a warm, beautiful home with a large kitchen. We had a wonderful time and have started planning our next trip! We loved the view and proximity to the beach. The VRBO email with the entry code did not work, but Doug responded promptly with the code.
Beautiful, quiet location. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen.
Awesome location & house!! Right where you can enjoy all the area has to offer. Owner is great—helped me out when I made an error in booking by getting me another great location/cottage for the night I didn’t book this cottage when I had intended to.
Wonderful place to stay in Netarts. Close to great restaurants and you can't beat the view.
Wonderful Beach House
Breath taking views with easy access to a lovely beach. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our family vacation.
I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Come again any time. - Doug
Netarts is a quiet, non-touristy village of a few hundred people. It's one of the closest beaches to Portland, Oregon (75 miles, or a 90 minute drive). There's a small grocery store a short walk from the cottage. Major services are available 8 miles away in Tillamook.
The area features some excellent restaurants, lots of wildlife, state parks, and many other different types of activities. Seals nest on sandbars offshore from the cottages, Great Blue Heron fish in the waters off our beach, Pelicans sail in the sky, and in the summer wild roses and lilies bloom in the yard. The area is known for Dungeness crabbing, fresh clams and oysters, fishing and whale watching, and is part of the Three Capes Scenic Route.
Upon finalizing your booking you are sent our exclusive area guide, including information on the best area dining, where to rent boats, crabbing, fishing, hiking and many other area attractions.
Other Activities: crabbing, clamming, wind surfing, parasailing
