About this property

Luxury Vacation Home on the beach!

The Reunion features 4 bedrooms (two of which are primary ensuite bedrooms- both with King size beds) , three bathrooms total, a full laundry/mud room, and a 700 square foot great room.
This home sleeps 10 people and will be ideal for two families who want to vacation together and families who just want the additional space.
The two master suites each have a full bath and are very spacious. The third bedroom will sleep four on three twins and a pop up twin trundle. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. The great room in this house is very large with lots of windows. A gourmet kitchen with expansive granite counters and island, large dining table and stone fireplace complete this amazing room. Outside there is a charcoal grill.
At over 2,200 square feet plus another 400 square feet of decking this home is perfect for your next beach getaway!

Three night minimum in June. Weekly Saturday to Saturday rentals only for July/August. No Pets Allowed. No RV parking. Plenty of parking!

** Note: Your nightly rate includes damage insurance should anything accidentally break or get ruined during your stay.
** Note: I send out a rental acknowledgment to sign electronically after a booking is made. It is very straightforward and simple, but if you would like a copy of the contract beforehand, just let me know! :-)

Amazing stay in Netarts Bay

Perfect for our family reunion. Easy access to the beach, beautiful views of the bay and Pacific Ocean. 14 minutes to Tillamook, and quick drive to Oceanside. Would happily stay here again.

Amazing home

We brought our children for spring break and the pictures don’t do it justice for how breathtaking the view is! The host is absolutely amazing and very responsive, which was a plus. The house was clean with extra linens and even though the town is small the mini mart is a very short drive for necessities. No one wanted to leave and we can’t wait to plan our next trip to return.

Stayed several times never disappoints. One suggestion would be gas BBQ’s. Marked cleanliness as Ok because the last several years have noticed the bath and hand towels smell sour may need to buy new ones

Great Gathering Space

Our group had a wonderful stay at this house. The beds were all comfortable. The main room has a phenomenal view of Netarts Bay and great beach access. The kitchen is well stocked- everything we needed was there. The property manager contacted us upon arrival and was available anytime we had questions, responding immediately and generously to the few requests we made. It was the weekend getaway our group needed! Thank you!

The property description is spot on with great access to the crabs and to town. When you walk through the door for the first time you know you are in for something special . And when we came back this year , it felt the same way .... Your home away from home . Clean, neat , ready for family . Sarah , the property managers is tops . 100% access but never really needed because the property and instructions are impeccable. Very excited to be coming back next year for two weeks . Our adult kids and 10 grandchildren just loved the long summer days and nice fires at night , of course with smores . Crabbing , fishing , kayaking , kite flying , and afternoon snoozes enjoyed by all .

The location absolutely cannot be beat...walk down the stairs, across the lawn and you are on the beach. Ample parking, nice grounds with a fire pit, beautiful views. The inside of the house is nicely decorated and appointed. Two master bedrooms is a really nice touch, especially if you are sharing with two families, or lots of adult couples. The kitchen is pretty and functional. Everything worked...which is often not the case in rental houses. I have stayed in this home more than once and would not hesitate to rent it again.

The view is absolutely stunning and the house was spotless upon arrival. Lots of parking and the deck and backyard were the best part of our vacation!! Bonfires in the backyard and on the beach were magical! Just steps away to a beautiful large beach with lots of spots to have a bonfire all ready to go!! Lucky for us! Coffee every morning on the deck after our beach walks was so fun!!! Could not think of anything the home did not have!! We did need to buy a new grill for the bbq, as it was quite rusty, but happy to donate it to such a magical place!! We fell in love with the Netarts area!!And property managers were always just a quick call away, if we had questions!! Thanks again for an amazing stay!! We will be back!!

Wonderful house in one of my favorite spots.

Loved this house. I have stayed in various houses in the Happy Camp Area and the location absolutely cannot be beat. Literally down the steps, across the lawn, and you are on the beach. The views are fabulous. This house is a little more expensive than the ones around it, but we had four adult couples, and to each have our own room was fabulous. This house is a bit more because it is larger and has TWO master bedrooms...which was awesome for us as we had invited our future daughter-in-laws parents to stay with us, so no feeling awkward about who got the "good" room! The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials you will need for a vacation rental. Lots of towels and linens for everyone. There are super laundry facilities and wide open parking. I have nothing but good things to say about this rental...and the ones on either side of it, which are managed by the same people. (I've stayed in each of those houses as well...and they are all lovely.)
