In addition, it has direct access to the balcony, which offers beautiful views of the mountains and the pool.



Next is the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything needed to satisfy all culinary needs. It has a small table and chairs, vitro, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The kitchen also has direct access to the balcony and the outside of the house.



The first double room is also located on this floor. This is equipped with a double bed, a large dressing room, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large shower tray and hairdryer.

THE AREA



The town has all the necessary services and a wide range of restaurants a few meters from the house. A few meters walk from the property there are bakeries, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, butchers and fishmongers, a medical center, taxi and bus stops, hairdressers, etc.



Ferreries is located just 7km from the prestigious Cala Galdana beach and a few kilometers from the rest of the beaches, towns and the countless places of interest that the island has.



A few minutes from the Villa for rent in Menorca there is a bus stop that offers good service during the summer and reaches all the municipalities of the island, so car rental is not essential, although it is always recommended in an Island like Menorca where there is much to see and especially if you want to access different highlights and all the virgin caves more easily.
