Situated in San Pedro de Alcántara, Marbella, its location is much appreciated by all. Offering all urban amenities: banks, post office, shops, pharmacy, golf courses and more. Accessible on foot or by car.
The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor 3 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning and 1 guest toilet. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has a double bed and an extra single bed. The fourth bedroom, with two single beds, is located upstairs in a tower and has a private outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and garden, from where you can admire the famous La Concha mountain. Back to the ground floor, we enter to the lounge, dining room, with TV with international channels and Wifi, living room, kitchen, laundry room and private covered garage for two cars.
At the entrance, we find a pleasant porch with large glass windows overlooking the pool and garden, which has the attraction of a built-in barbecue. You can sunbathe all day long.
The villa is surrounded by 3 gardens planted with Mediterranean species, with different atmospheres and sculptures that blend into the landscape.
Ideal for enjoying your holiday with family or friends!
