Moli Fora Terme is a 3-bedroom property located in the Mallorcan countryside, conveniently situated between Alcudia and Pollensa. Villa Moli Fora Terme is a fine example of an authentic Mallorquin villa, providing a lovely holiday home for a relaxing break.



Entrance to the villa is via the kitchen that has everything you need for your self-catering holiday. The property is all on one level, with an open plan lounge diner, with plenty of comfortable seating and flat screen TV.



There are 3 bedrooms; the double room has an ensuite shower room and the twin rooms share a family bathroom with walk in shower.



The exterior of the villa includes vine shaded terraces to the front and rear with a sparkling swimming pool which measures 8x4m and roman steps into the shallow end. The built-in barbecue house, has additional seating for Alfresco dining. From the exterior terrace there are views over the local countryside, dotted with grazing sheep.

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
