Luxury apartment Anniken is a modern and luxurious 4 star holiday apartment situated in a picturesque village of Okrug Gornji on island Čiovo, just 200 m from the sea and the nearest beach and 5 km from the UNESCO protected center of town Trogir. Split airport is just 9 km away, while the city of Split famous for the UNESCO protected palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian is 30 km away from the apartment. The nearest restaurant and grocery store are within walking distance.
This duplex apartment is located on the first and second floor of the house and consists of 3 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons.
Ground floor is designed as a resting area consisting of 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with showers. Stunning sea views from the bedrooms, the balconies and the marvelous roof terrace will surely contribute to the sense of being in an idyllic resort. Master bedroom has access to a beautiful seaview balcony.
Modern staircase leads to the second floor designed as a lounge area with a spacious living room, dining area and modern open concept kitchen and 1 half bath. Guests have access to a roof terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and grill on disposial, where they can enjoy in the breathtaking view of the sea and the surrounding area.
Guests of luxury apartment Anniken can relax in the shared outdoor swimming pool (30 m2).

Stunning all around! Just be aware that the apartment is at the top of a very very steep hill and would be unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. It was a pleasure hosting these guests at our apartment. They were incredibly respectful of the space, followed all house rules, and left the place in immaculate condition. Communication was seamless from start to finish. I'd highly recommend them to any future hosts and would gladly welcome them back anytime!

Glorious residence!

Wir haben hier 4 Nächte übernachtet und haben es sehr genossen! Wir waren zu 4. und hatten reichlich Platz - der Grundriss ist sehr gut, unten schlafen, oben wohnen. Besonders toll sind auch die beiden Badezimmer mit Duschen unten, sowie ein weiteres WC oben im Essbereich. Wir haben hier sehr gerne gekocht und beim Essen die tolle Aussicht genossen! Das Haus ist sehr hell, luftig und hat grosse und hohe Räume, auch die eigene Dachterrasse ist sehr toll! Einziges Manko: es wird viel gebaut in der Umgebung - daher Baulärm tagsüber.
