We loved staying in this lovely apartment, walking distance to Notre Dame and many other sites.

Cozy Space

The property was as pictured and described on the website. It was in a great location, quiet, and clean. I would rent it again if I wanted to stay in that part of Paris again.

Great apartment on the island in downtown Paris. It's tiny, and is a pull out sofa, but it's pretty comfortable. The apartment is inside a courtyard that is so pretty. The stone walls inside the court yard and the apartment are beautiful. We had a challenge with getting confirmation that they had received our deposit and identify paperwork in order to give us the key. it took us a week to sort that out which wasn't fun. The key pickup and dropoff is a 7 minute walk from the apartment, across the bridge, which wasn't great but doable.

It was a very nice base from which to head out and visit the sites of the islands and left bank. The courtyard was pleasant and quiet. The apartment, itself was clean and comfortable - except for the inability to open any windows for ventilation, as the apartment did get a little stuffy. Portable fans were provided, which really helped for sleep.

The landlord refused to give us the addresses of the apartment or the place for picking up the keys until just before we arrived ... we simply would not travel to Europe and taxi from the airport without knowing well before we left the US where we were going ... so we cancelled the rental and believe we should get a refund ... we have asked Expedia to help us but they have not been helpful, and have done nothing to help with the refund ... we are very disappointed with the landlord and with Expedia ... I wonder if they will have the guts to print this review

Cute place. Getting the key was problematic. I had to get it and return it to an inconvenient location off property. There was no toilet tissue. I was told to go buy it, show them the receipt so i could get a refund...really? The shower drain was stopped up. They fixed it eventually.

Lovely flat in great location but the bathroom lights didn’t work the whole time we were there (no windows & only mirror) we had to use phones. Vrbo were totally useless & 1st told me to send a picture but never gave me an email and then told me to buy a light bulb.. for 5 downlights with really high ceilings

Never Again

Pick up the keys from a lockbox 8 or 9 blocks away and then drag my bags (in the rain) to the site was the negative start. Wifi failure at the box site added to the problem. Communication with the owner/manager was not helpful. There are other ile Saint Louis alternatives that work well. Skip this one. Rugs very very dirt. Checkout repeats the check-in problem.

I have found communication with this property the worst experience. I got messages and emails from seven different companies about my one booking - all with conflicting information. It took weeks to get the address. Despite them telling me that I would get a full refund of my security deposit, it has been 24 days since I vacated the property and I still haven’t received my deposit. They have not replied to my last few messages, and neither has Stayz. The place was not very clean, but the apartment was nice and wonderfully located. Also the bed was a very uncomfortable fold out couch.

This charming studio is a perfect apartment for exploring Paris, as it is located in the "Heart of Paris" on the Ile Saint-Louis. The building itself is right on the Seine, and you enter the courtyard through a very secure gate. The area is very quiet- far from the touristy areas of the city, and you feel as if you are in a small Parisian ville. There are two very close Metro stops, Pont Saint Marie and Sully-Moreland that you can walk to in a few minutes. The studio has a comfortable sofa bed and a complete little kitchen, and the bathroom is a good size with a nice rain shower and plenty of hot water. Everything was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Being on the ground level was important for us, as lugging suitcases up several flights of stairs is not for everyone. The process of checking in was easy, but the key place is a little distance from the apartment. This was a new way of checking in for us, and we were able to drop our luggage close by until check-in time. The property management has really good communication via Whatsapp & email during your stay. We would highly recommend this property.

The unit is really good, spacious, clean and perfect location. It is challenging without AC when it is hot, but most places do not have AC in Paris. You should know that there is no on site staff, so it is self check in and check out with taking and dropping keys within 5-7 mins walk. I general I am happy with it

Check-in and check-out can be a bit of a hassle. The security deposit feels a bit high, and it can take ages to get it back, especially if you don’t follow up. The amenities could be better, and the heater isn’t very effective at warming up the place. There aren’t any slippers provided. The bed is a bit of a disaster, and you’re likely to end up with back pain. For the price, you might find a better hotel in a better location. The location was good.

I love Ile St Louis!

O apartamento é como mostrado e descrito. Confortável, no térreo do edifício, fácil acesso por ônibus, metrô e táxi, numa ilha pequena e charmosa. Mercearia de todos os alimentos, restaurantes, padaria, etc. tem tudo! Rápido acesso à pé para St germain, Marais, 1eme !!! Muito bom!!! O sofá cama é confortável. A ducha é ótima. A cozinha com o mínimo necessário. Encontrei limpo. Porém, o processo de check in e check out é horrível. Recomendo muito que seja reavaliado! E modificado!
