The Apartment have a full view of Amphitheater which is a historical site located in the city of Durrës, Albania. It is one of the most important archaeological sites in the country. The amphitheater dates back to the 2nd century AD and is believed to have had a seating capacity of around 15,000 spectators. • No smoking of any kind inside. Fine for smoking in the apartment: 200EUR
• No parties or events are permitted in the apartment.
• Not suitable for pets. Fine if pets enter the apartment: 200 EUR. .
• No shoes house, all shoes must be taken off at entry, inside the apartment.

GUEST POLICY

Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM. This rental is for you and your guests listed on the reservation.
The maximum number of guests is limited to the number of guests agreed upon during the reservation. We must be notified and pre- approve any plan to bring more guests than have been reserved and your invoice needs to be amended and paid, prior to arrival. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation without refund if more guests arrive than have been reserved. If you plan on inviting people, please limit the number of total people in the apartment (including yourself). Any more than 5 people visiting the apartment at one time will be considered an event and action will defer to Airbnb's strict 'Party and Events Policy', which states that guests found in violation of their rules are "subject to suspension or removal from Airbnb's platform". We have security cameras outside the apartment and are able to see if people outside your group stay overnight in the house. Staying overnight is considered after 00:00. This will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Excessive guests than reserved: 50 EUR per guest.

DAMAGE

Please let us know if something goes wrong. Accidents happen, the important thing is to communicate. If anything breaks, or gets damaged please let us know. We need to know as soon as possible so we can be prepared to replace, repair, or wash the same day of your check out. Communicating this to us will allow for every guest after you to have the same quality experience as you. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal items during or after your stay. There is a linen fee of 50 EUR per item added, if extensive stains (i.e., blood, makeup, etc.) or damage is discovered on linens or throw pillows. There is a 50 EUR/carpet stain fee. Stolen towel: 30 FUR/towel, no matter Stolen towels: 30 EUR/towel, no matter the size. Excessive Cleaning fee if place is left at a very bad shape with trash everywhere: 100 EUR SAFETY Guest safety is our top priority. If you have children, you are fully responsible for their safety at all times. This apartment is not set up for child proof house Although infants are more than welcomed, this apartment is not set up for them. Apartment is equipped with first aid kit, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. The building is surveyed with CCTV cameras and linked to private security in case of any emergency.
